In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This fabulously renovated one-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental features a professionally designed interior and expansive lagoon views. The second-floor villa is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the Sanctuary.

Showcasing beautiful views of the lagoon from nearly every corner, the villa's open living areas are sure to please. The light and bright living room features a vaulted ceiling and has comfortable seating, colorful decor, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. Just past the living room, you will find the dining area with seating for four and unencumbered lagoon views. The completely renovated kitchen is not only gorgeous but is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Along with quartz countertops, the all-new kitchen features white custom cabinets, a beautiful tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space.

The light-filled primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space for two can be found in the living room, which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

Relax and enjoy the unobstructed lagoon views from the expansive screened porch, which offers two swivel chairs and accent tables. This porch is the perfect area to curl up with a book, sip an evening cocktail, or simply watch Kiawah's natural wildlife in all its splendor.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Tennis Club Villas

This property is well located to many island amenities. We loved the included bike rentals and having them delivered and picked up from the property. There are so many bike paths and the beaches are the very best.

Peaceful

Enjoyed our two week stay at Tennis Club Lane! The condo was nice and clean; it felt like home. The porch over looking the lagoon was a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee. The bike credit that Akers Ellis provided was great, we rode our bikes to and from Fresh Fields. Great place to unwind and recharge your batteries. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Long weekend

We had a long weekend here. Property was spotless and it looked brand new with all the updates. The shower was by far the best I have ever experienced. Water pressure was like that of a car wash. Would definitely stay there again.

Road Trip With Grandsons

There were four of us including three teenage boys. When we arrived everything was neat, clean, and organized. The unit was perfect as well as the location. We biked, kyaked, and swam. Perfect getaway.

Spring Getaway

Property is well kept and mostly clean, with the exception of some dirty silverware and plates. Outside windows need cleaning to be able to fully enjoy the great view of the lagoon and wildlife. All the conveniences of home to include a full kitchen with up to date appliances. Bed was very comfortable. Living area was tastefully decorated. Great location to walk to the beach and ride your bike. Overall, it was a nice unit, and we would definitely come back.

Would be perfect if only....

Kiawah Island is fabulous for a beach get-away. The Tennis Villas are an excellent location in terms of beach, tennis, Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, convenient shopping. Beautifully decorated "villa" with flaws. Coffee machines make awful coffee even when following instructions. TV is fab, but no instructions to finally discover you can use your Netflix account (Note in May 21, a renter complained about smart TV issues and yet that was not corrected. Lagoon view and screened porch with gorgeous furnishings was wonderful, weather permitting. Kitchen lovely with all you need (except coffee matter). Instructions for dish washer would be helpful. Getting in with the old lock box took awhile, but whenever I called rental agency, a rep was always there to respond. Very clean, but I'm OCD so could be cleaner. PS There is a stench in the carpet by the larger couch, which hopefully will be addressed. We would love to return next year, but only if these matters are addressed.

Gorgeous Rental with Everything You Neex

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is stunning! It was the perfect size for my son and me. Upon arrival, the toilet would not work; a big problem when you’ve just come from a 10 hr road trip. Maintenance arrived quickly but could not fix the problem. Roto-Rooter had to be called and we were initially told it would be late before he could arrive. Again, major problem when it’s the only toilet. Thankfully, he arrived earlier than expected. The culprit was a bar of soap that had been flushed. This unit has everything you need from high end cutlery and dishes to well thought out extension cables for charging phones next to the bed. I appreciated the laundry detergent provided! The view of the pond and use of the back porch was fabulous. The massive cockroaches inside the condo are a problem. We killed 4! The condo was very clean and well organized. The lock box was a struggle as we couldn’t get the cover to latch back on. Loved all the games provided and the bed was super cozy! We would highly recommend staying here!!

Great location condo

We have stayed at Tennis Villas many times. This condo is close to the entrance which is good for bike riding. The condo was tidy and had all the comforts of home.

A Top Notch Stay In Kiawah!

When looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay in Kiawah in a perfect location this is it! The condo is just as beautiful as in the pictures and the property manager was superb as there was a wonderful ease of communication and helpfulness from the moment we booked until the moment we left. It was wonderful to have a credit for beach gear as well. We had the pleasure of sitting in the screened porch and watching the alligator in the pond on a daily basis. The property is incredibly clean and the distance to all activities on Kiawah couldn't be better. You can walk to the market, to the beach, to the Sanctuary and even to Turtle Point golf course. This stay was one we won't forget and we hope to stay again in the coming year! Truly top notch!

Beautiful place

Although the property was beautiful, it would have been helpful to have a map of the ENTIRE Kiswahili Island. We had to attend various activities for a wedding and being all in different places, it would have been helpful to see them on a map instead of relying entirely on gps. It sent us down a few dead end street!😃

Spring in Kiawah

Very well appointed property with excellent proximity to the beach, Sanctuary and Town Center Market. We enjoyed the credit for the bikes as well. The screened in porch is lovely. We would stay again!

Great Decor + View

This was a great little place . The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the view of the pond and our daily sightings of the local alligator. It's a quick bike ride to the beach and the mini market is nearby too. Would definitely recommend for weekend get away.
