Beautiful and clean beach bungalow duplex in the gorgeous Crescent Beach area of Siesta Key. Decorated with a warm and cozy tropical feel with shared heated pool. Ground level unit with washer and dryer is great for those trying to avoid stairs. Convenient location just off Midnight Pass Rd near the Stickney Point Rd bridge. The pool area is great for relaxing and/or enjoying a great meal. Beach shed houses beach carts, chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Close to world class dining, shopping & all water sport rentals. Come enjoy paradise with us!

great location, MEH upkeep

the location was an easy walk to the beach access and to the area around Captain Curts. I did call the company as the pool deck and pool had not been cleaned in quite a while, was dirty, unkempt and we literally saw a pretty large snake on day one on the pool deck. they came out promptly. Appliances were fine. The apartment in general was clean and insect free, but the kitchen utensils/plates/cups are sparce, the drawers a mess to find anything, some mold in the shower, the pool chairs are quite dirty, the pool shed was gross as well as the pool accessories bin and basically it is clear the owners are absentee and spending minimally, bare upkeep. Not worth the price, would not stay there again. We booked late for Spring Break and pickenings were thin. the management company did respond quickly and were great.

Nice rental near beach and trolley services

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. The communication processes were very prompt and clear with the property manager. We were delighted with the comfortable king sized beds, the washer & dryer availability and the cleanliness of the house; smelling very fresh and clean as we arrived. Our 3 grandchildren loved the pool! We were a bit disappointed with some of the amenities. (there were only 3 unbroken beach chairs and only 1 beach wagon for both units to share. We did have use of these most of the time but we felt it was unfair to the other unit's guests to not have more availability as indicated. Also, a number of the pool toys were broken) We were grateful to have the beach wagon to help transport things to the beach which is a good block and a half walk. Overall, we were satisfied and happy with this property and may consider a future rental if visiting Siesta Key again.

Lovely gem nestled in Siesta Key

Close to the beach, this summer cottage is a wonderful place to stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the common areas were suitable for 3 adults - could be 4 adults (2 couples as each bedroom has a queen bed). Appliances are modern. Used the washer & dryer and refrigerator more than stove as we mostly ate out. The pool was warmly heated to 85F. The location is great - a little street traffic on the weekend but expected as this cottage is in the direct area of Siesta Key. Easy to walk to local eateries & bars! A definite return for a future stay.

Met our needs!

The home met all of our needs perfectly! The owners messaged in advance with details of the check in and immediately responded when we advised of our check in time and our plans for check out. It was within walking distance to the beach as advertised. It was also equipt with all you could need for a day at the beach including newer looking bikes and the beach accessories were in good condition. All appliances in the unit were newer. There was laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, etc... we did pick up additional dishwasher tabs at a Dollar General as there weren't any in the unit but there was toilet paper, paper towels, handsoap, extra sunblock, aloe, bug spray, etc... There was also salt, pepper, olive oil and other cooking basics which suprised us and we were appreciative of (we've stayed in units that were absolutely bare!). Only observatio we had that was not a deal breaker, was on the cleanliness. There were a few cob webs and dusty areas (vents, baseboards) and because of wear and tear in the unit around cabinet nobs and door nobs it appears to be dirty. Again NOT a deal breaker for us but might be for some which is the only reason I call it out. Our stay was still 5/5. In short, we would stay again without hesitation!! The cost and amenities were well within our budget and needs.
