This two bedroom condo has a good Ocean and Garden View. Master bedroom has a King bed. Down stairs bedroom has two twin extra long beds. Pull out sofa bed in living room. Spacious kitchen cabinets. Carpet in bedrooms and tile floor. New A/Cs and ceiling fans. This condo has lots of extra windows that open for a great Ocean breeze. Well stocked. High speed internet, flat screen TV with Sonos speaker in living room and flat screen TV's both bedrooms.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was clean and looked like the pictures on the listing. The only thing that would have been nice would have been at least a salt and pepper, foil and spray for pans.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 week stay here was wonderful!! The property description was accurate to a T.... Unit was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.. only steps away from the beach! The grounds are very well maintained! We would definitely recommend this property to others - in fact we have already done so! Minutes away from shops and restaurants. Ten minute walk to the harbour/boat launch for whale watching tour with Redline!! Looking forward to our next stay! John & Jerri Keenan

Great complex, nice unit, needs a few fixes.

Couldn't get the TV to work in the main room. The main office was no help and owners were not hands-on. Someone had fiddled with the cabling on the internet and I had to troubleshoot it myself. The unit comes with a decent bike, but the front innertube was shot and had been left mangled by a previous guest. I spooned the tire off but there was no spare tube to fix things. Some off the beach chairs were broken. The toilet paper mount in the downstairs washroom seems to have been broken off a number of times and never really fixed. It fell right off the cabinet with the first light spin of the roll. Missing a few key kitchen items such as basting brush and salad spinner but also a lot of duplication of things -- a bajillion glasses and lots of pots and pans. No pantry space for dried or boxed food of any kind. Knives were dangerously dull and need a professional resharpening. The kitchen is very small and can only fit one person at a time. No AC in central area so you must rely on units in bedrooms to cool the whole place down. There's a lot to like about the unit and it's generally well appointed. But these discreet small annoyances did add up to make the stay less fun than it should have been. The unit could use a good once-over systems check and maintenance overhaul.

Definitely would look for this unit again. super convenient right by the elevator, view of the ocean from the Lanai. As always, super smooth check-in procedure. Kam III beach across the street was even of a favourite of our friends staying in higher priced Wailea.

Saw a couple of roaches, ( i know room was sprayed on tues of my stay so might of brought them out. ( i live hawaii so i know roaches can be anywhere no matter how clean. Unit was clean. Could not figure out the TV cable and i am a spectrem customer here on Oahu, probably just me, but helpful guide on using would be nice in the unit. I know i pointed out some opportunities but overall i really enjoyed the stay. Have stayed on property before. I am in need of a receipt for my stay though.

The unit was relatively clean and nicely stocked with all the necessities needed for your stay, including lots of beach chairs and some body boards which were in great condition. The pool and tennis court are also very well maintained however not entirely kid friendly as doing anything more than standing in the pool seems to be frowned upon. The location is perfect walking distance to both Wailea and several great restaurants and shops in Kihei.

Unit was in very good shape, A/C nice but noisy...very well stocked and clean! Front desk staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. First trip in November, and the weather was amazing! The people were very friendly and thankful, as we were told several times "Thanks for coming back to Maui!"

There is only glass and aluminum can recycling It was shocking to see what was being thrown in the main garbage bin outside. If there is no recycling pick up, then directions to the islands recycling depot.

We stayed in unit 313 and it was lovely and very well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and toys. The grinds were lovely and the pool and facilities were well taken care of. I loved spending my early mornings on the Lanai watching whales with a cup of coffee. We will be back!
