You’re sure to smile as you soak in the sunrise from the oceanfront deck of this wonderful condominium in the Wild Dunes Community on the Isle of Palms! 117 Seascape is the perfect destination for your next vacation to the island! Featuring two bedrooms with two full baths, this condominium is prefect for two couples (with a King and Full Bed) or a small family. The view is truly breathtaking with direct views over the Atlantic; perfect for capturing the sunrise over the Carolina coast! The oceanfront deck is spacious and features views of the private swimming pool, exclusive to guests of Seascape.
The interior of 117 Seascape was nearly completely renovated by a professional interior design artist. Here is a quick summary of the many recent accomplishments at this beautiful home:
• New kitchen cabinets
• New granite countertops
• All new appliances
• New flooring throughout the home
• Brand new coastal furniture and accessories
• Fresh paint throughout including the ceiling following the removal of the popcorn surface
The master bedroom features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A full bed is offered in the spacious guest bedroom making this area perfect for a second couple. In addition to the full bed, the guest bedroom features a twin bed, making it the perfect small family destination as well. Each bedroom features a private full bath.
Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.
Located on the north-east end of the Isle of Palms, 117 Seascape is a short walk from many of the amenities of the Wild Dunes Community. This includes two golf courses, a day-spa, a playground, and several restaurants. The Links Golf Course Pro Shop is a short five par away! The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-minute drive from Seascape. There is so much to do at the Marina! You can rent a wave runner, paddle board at Kayak Adventures or take an Eco Tour of the tidal marsh and uninhabited islands North of Isle of Palms. Sign up for a fishing charter or rent a boat before checking out the well-stocked Marina Store.
Additional Amenities Include:
• High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Full size washer and dryer.
• Parking for two cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.
**Note:**
Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
