Summit 234 Pet-Friendly, Quaint, Walk to Eagle Lodge by RedAwning

Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This unit is located

in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to the

Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, and wood stove. The master bedroom

has a king bed, the living area has a fold out sofa bed and there is an alcove

with kids size bunk beds. This unit has WiFi internet access. The complex

offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS

WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE

OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry

facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. Pet

friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a

first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

second pet is approved, there is an additional pet fee charge of $20 per pet

per night plus tax.



Public BBQs areas are seasonal and may or may not be available depending on

snow / seasonal conditions.

Great location. Walking distance to Eagle lodge, but wouldn’t recommend walking there in ski boots. Right on the Mammoth shuttle bus route to both the Eagle Lodge, or to Vons if you you need a few groceries and don’t want to drive. The hot tubs are great after a day of skiing too.

Nice condo, not walkable to ski lift

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was not walkable to the ski lift, as we had hoped, so we had to drive. Some items that we expected to have were missing, e.g. dish soap. Overall, nice place, good neighborhood.

Very good

Comfortable condo with nice decor. Lacking a few items, like dish soap, salt and pepper. Heat was difficult to regulate, as there were 2 heating units. Parking was also difficult, as it was not under the building that the condo was in, so there was no elevator to access the condo from the parking spot. We had to temporarily park in the garage under the building to unload and load luggage. Location of condo was not walkable to Eagle Lodge and ski lift— had to drive. Neighborhood was very nice to walk the dog.

Very nice and well decorated, and super convenient to the shuttle to Eagle lodge at Mammoth. The shuttle is just across the street from the condo and runs every 15:minutes during the winter season. Or you could take the same shuttle back towards town and Vons and not even have to use your car during your stay.

Run down and outdated unit somewhat close to slopes

The unit was pretty old and run down. Filthy and stained carpets, walls, kitchen. Looks pretty poorly maintained. Not worth the money. The only thing going for it is that it is somewhat close to the eagle lodge ski lift if you don't mind walking a bit.

Nice location, well-equipped, modern(ish) electronics

We spent the weekend (Friday/Saturday night) here. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen and digital televisions. The DVD player also has 3 DVDs in the drawer. We figured out we could load out of the main garage and use the elevator when we left, but that would be dependent on the occupancy of the garage. The only minor problem was that the bathroom ceiling was failing due to what looked like a leak in the bathroom plumbing of the condo above.

Comfortable & Convenient

Stayed at this condo with my husband and two small children for Thanksgiving weekend. We had everything we needed, the condo was neat and clean. Would stay again as it is pet friendly and those are hard to come by.
