Our spacious villa has been completely renovated and designed as a vacation rental for living, dreaming and creating. Owned by the founders of a creative agency, the Swim Club is perfectly equipped for a balance of work and play, while enjoying some R&R.

Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room w/ double desk, as well as a FULLY equipped kitchen, the Swim Club is perfect for long-term stays and short getaways.

Why is it called the Swim Club, you ask? It all becomes clear once you take a dip in the large, luxurious pool on the property. The Swim Club is nestled in a private corner of Villas Primer Amor, an intimate community that's draped in tranquility and charm. Our Tulum Pueblo neighbourhood (which translates to "town") brings a vibrant shift from the vibe-y Tulum beach road you've likely seen all over Pinterest. Just a 5-minute walk to the heart of town, our neighbourhood is filled with colourful homes, friendly faces, lazy dogs, fruit stands, and dirt roads lined with jungle. For when you're craving sand and sea, we're an easy 10 minute direct drive down to the beach.

The Swim Club grounds themselves are rich in flora and fauna — backing onto the Mayan jungle, you'll encounter many species of stunning palms and plant life, geckos galore, and a charismatic toucan who spends his time hopping about on the trees outside of our balcony.

The Swim Club is a 5-minute walk to some of our favourite neighbourhood spots — Gypsea Market for groceries, Italdo for coffee + pastries, and Off The Vine for wine and charcuterie.
