The house was immaculate and as well appointed as I’ve ever seen in all my rentals. The house itself was truly amazing the views of the ocean spectacular. The owners were truly amazing and responded to every email I sent them. This really was the best place I’ve ever stayed and I am going back.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home for this year’s family trip to Provincetown. The house was spacious, sparkling clean and had any amenity we needed; our 4 year old son had a blast playing in the Sandy backyard, only steps away from the beach. The views were unbeatable and walking distance into town only 10-15 minutes. Communication with property manager was great. Truly a top-notch rental, would stay here again and again!

Spectacular home on the beach

Beautiful spacious home right on the bay with views of Provincetown, long point and Truro. The master bedroom suite is amazing! The house had everything we needed and more and is close enough to walk to town. We loved the interior design and the art work. It’s rare to find a home this fantastic that allows dogs. This was our second time renting. We hope to return soon!

BEST. TRIP. EVER.

We stayed at this beach house for a week in late June. Best. Trip. Ever! The house is large and stunning. Especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The large A frame windows and skylights overlook the beautiful ocean with decks on both levels. House was extremely charming and clean with plenty of space. Ptown is just awesome as always. The owners were quick to answer and responsive to our needs. Wish we never had to leave…Will definitely be back again and again!

Best P-town rental in 15 years

Paul is a terrific host and his home is hands down the best P-town rental we have ever booked. We will be back! The property is absolutly gorgeous. The furniture is stylish and shows no wear. Even the rustic pieces are well chosen and fit the casual/elegant beach house style. No dated "New Englandly colonial" furniture here. The kitchens are both very well equipped with nice appliances, stainless island downstairs, great selection of dishes and utensils and each has its own grill. Even basic spices and seasonings were waiting for us. The bedrooms & baths have beautiful high end fixtures, great linens and plenty of towels. Upstairs and downstairs washer dryers make laundry easy. The house has a great selection of classic books, large tv and good internet. This house is great for two couples or small families or super-lux for a single family. If you can make it work I highly reccomend taking the whole house so you don't have to share with strangers. The units are both very complete and I would gladly stay in either, but the exta space and exclusive use of the driveway and wonderful waterfront backyard is a dream. Every time I sat down in the adirondack chairs at the end of the dock I felt like I was in a Corona commercial with the ocean lapping at my feet. Located on the quieter East end, just a bit east of the Surfside hotel, the house is an easy bike ride or 10-15 minute walk to everything in P-town. If you asked for anything I would change about this rental I think I would be stumped. Absolutly my favorite place over the last in 15 years of renting , and 30 years of visiting the Cape. Ten stars, five for each unit.

Great location and great house

Enjoyed by all of our family. The uncovered wall of windows in upstairs master bedroom caused some sleep disturbances, everything else was A#1!

Family Graduation Celebration

We arrived to find an amazing home filled with everything we needed to have a quiet family celebration of our nephew’s graduation. The home was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. It was quiet yet walkable to the stores and restaurants. We will definitely return again.

Breathtaking views...pictures don't do this property justice!

The house was perfect. Exactly as described, but even more beautiful than the pictures here. We had 10 people...5 couples. We were not cramped at all. The extra kitchen/living area upstairs was a blessing for our "early risers for coffee" and 2 refrigerators made cooling favorite adult beverages a breeze. The dining area downstairs was ample room for all 10 of us to sit around the table...we even enjoyed an "at home" traditional clam bake. Amazing trip to celebrate of mid-century mark. Thanks to Paul for an amazing house and terrific service!

Gorgeous home, amazing location, basically perfect.

We recently booked Paul & Nick’s home for a family vacation with the plans of spending the full week as a stay-cation due to COVID. When we walked in the house took our breath away! The pictures of this home do NOT do it justice. Bigger than it looks in the listing photos, beautiful inside and out, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The East end of Ptown is quiet but its an easy 1 mile walk to the center of town. We spent our days swimming, collecting sea glass, and relaxing all on our own little slice of beach. The deck on the water is perfect for reading or watching the kids play in the yard or in the water as you unwind. The house has everything we needed to cook and bake while we were there. Truly, we wanted for nothing. We even rode out the tail end of Hurricane Isaias and even though the wind howled around us we were safe, cozy and comfortable in the house. Paul and Nick are close by and respond quickly to all questions or concerns- we had a stopped up drain in one bathroom and they had it fixed within a few hours! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (for the full house) there was so much room to spread out and all areas have air conditioning just in case the sea breeze is a bit too muggy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again. In fact, I wish I could go back right this second!

Best place in p town

Can’t say enough. Our large family gathering was complete with this wonderful home! Beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you need. View is spectacular! Owners are attentive and always available. Waking up to such a wonderful setting each day! Short walk to town. Nice to be in a quiet area but having everything nearby! Hope to visit again!

Wonderful, Unique Home and Big Beach Front Lawn

Hi Paul, We had a delightful time last year. Although paying for all of friends was a 15th anniversary special thing to do, it was all worth it. You guys have done an about perfect job of creating a home for your guests to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. That is no easy accomplishment. We have been renting vacation property for more than 20 years. This is a great and unique home to host friends in P-town. The big beach front lawn (far larger than any others we saw) was awesome for lawn games and playing with the kids. Your 1 or 2 family set up is ideal. I recall you mentioning how nice it was to have a kitchen upstairs for quiet moments allowing your fortunate house guests the lower kitchen. This also worked well for us a few mornings too. Your choices for the 2 kitchens and furnishings in general were really great. We may decided to host our friends again in a year or few. When we do 595 Commercial is the first place we think of... as all of our guests have mentioned how much they enjoyed the home and trip all year long. Thank you very much for your kindness and generally great taste. The 2 new bathrooms are awesome ! We wish you the very best this year and always !! Be well, jason (& Ken) PS: Another thank you is in order for having a back up propane tank for the grill there.... you made us feel so welcome and cared for ... it was a complete pleasure to stay in your p-town place !!!!!!
