Excellent stay

The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10 minutes away, with restaurants and coffee shops in abundance. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and would think about staying here again.

Good Location / Clean / Kitchenette doesn't have Stove / Parking payment is not incluided

We arrived on time, a little complicated to find the building, by the way, Parking is not incluided, nobody told me until we had arrived... apartment well manteined, cozy and comfortable.. Equipment and Furniture modern.... Big complaint was the Kitchenette doesn't have any Stove and i needed to cook for my kids i called them asking for an electric countertop stove, they said they would figure out but next day. I waited and they brought some stuff like Knife Set and Measurements cups... I called once again and somebody told me.they couldn't bring me any stove because Kitchenette doesn't have stove, i said i'll figure out buying one and they said i can't use in that property. As a result, I had a bad experience trying to get them to eat something outside since they have autism and they are very selective with their meals.

I keep getting messages and emails to rate this place, I didn't end up staying here but this is my review in communication with property. I booked my stay months in advance, paid, and had my space reserved according to VRBO. Approaching my group's date of stay, I sent a direct message to "host" and for days did not receive a response. I was trying to get check in details. There was no follow up of any kind after my funds were withdrawn- it would have been nice to be communiced something even along the lines of when an email/ message for check in details would be sent on X date. Red flag. Up until this point I didn't realize the number of bad reviews for this place- after reading stories of rooms not being ready upon arrival, people not getting ahold of customer service when needed, filthy areas, I decided not to risk it and look for another place instead based on other bad reviews/videos & my own hunch. Getting ahold of customer service from my end went smooth. At the cut-off day to receive a full refund before my stay happened it was not an issue to receive my full refund. I was helped in a timely manner and appreciate not running into trouble there. Not sure if I would recommend this place since I did not stay there but that is my experience.
