Nice property. The layout was custom & a little odd with stairs. No ping pong, the golf simulator didn't work, & volume in the theatre is limited. Overall a good weekend stay.
Beautiful home and perfect spot to enjoy Olympic peninsula. We enjoyed hiking and exploring from Rock creek and dungeness spit to port Ludlow and ft Flagler and then enjoyed wonderful vistas each morning and evening. Great family outing .
If you’re in the Seattle area and want a beautiful place to stay, we highly recommend this house. The property is secluded with the PNW beauty all around. It was within driving distance of any location we wanted to visit. We appreciated the ease in working with the property owners! We had a group of six in our family who stayed and had more than enough room! We highly recommend this property and would love to return again some day!!

We enjoyed staying with two other senior couples in August 2025. The massive deck with two seating areas made pleasant locations for morning coffee and afternoon games with cocktails. The inside dinning table was great for meals and more games. The ample kitchen was fun to cook in. Bring your own supplies. Salt & pepper, paper towels, garbage liner bags and major cooking utensils. Most frying pans were beyond use and the other staples were in short supply. We submitted a long list of maintenance items for the management company to resolve for new guests. Be ready for lots of stairs. It is a great property, but needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to the standards we are used to.
Girls weekend ! This was a beautiful home with many amenities. The weather was sunny (and cold) so we didn't spend much time here but while we were "home" it was lovely. The only negative would be the trees were partially blocking the view. Hiring a tree service to remedy this would be beneficial.

Gorgeous
The views are everything you're hoping for. Very secluded and well set up for larger groups. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows. Kitchen is very well stocked. The house is dated in places including bathrooms. Also the community is gated and clearly expected to be very private. Know that if you go for a walk, you will be questioned by neighbors.

That property needs some TLC and a good scrub down. Ad says 3 decks and HOT TUB! Decks are filthy with views being blocked by overgrown trees. HOT TUB is so dirty and full of chemicals it is unusable. No compensation given Very dissapointing.

The house was clean. Old but clean. Linnens were clean. The layout was unique which made the house fun for our family. The hottub didnt get above 94. The chlorine balance was way off which resulted in 2 of my kids getting painful rashes, nauseated, headaches and more...all the symptoms of chlorine posioning except vomiting. Per our telehealth appt the treatment is oxygen and hydration and stay out of chlorine for a few days. We reached out to the property management group multiple times with no response from them. The air conditioning units should probably be taken out as they are not fully sealed resulting in a lot of bugs inside the house and water leaks. We cleaned up the water leaking in the master bedroom to try to help minimize damage.Movie theater area was great. Pool table was ok. Most of the sticks are missing tips. Only 1 stick had a tip which we shared to play. Ping pong table is gone. It rained the whole time we were there (which i loved) making it obvious that the gutters are all clogged with leaves and pine needles. The cool makeshift ceiling under the deck is not draining as was intended and it likely to fall down sooner than later from water weight. The house is cool overall, but suffering from some major maintenance neglect issues.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We always aim for our guests to have an exceptional experience, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. After reviewing your comments, we followed up with the property manager and property owner, and they wanted to provide the following updates:- Hot Tub: The hot tub is set to 102°F between stays, and we ensure chemicals are balanced both before and after each guest visit; we also seal the spa cover to the tub so that the temperature remains consistent (particularly during this colder season). Although we haven’t encountered any issues with temperature or chlorine levels before, we’ll continue to monitor these areas closely for the future.- Communication: We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding communication. However, our property manager and Evolve report that they did not receive any messages during your stay, but please know that both our property manager and Evolve, per Evolve’s service provision, are always available to assist with any concerns that may arise.- A/C Units: The portable A/C units and the mounting kits have been removed from the windows for the season, but we will conduct a thorough inspection next time they are reinstalled in the summer to ensure there are no A/C ducting seal issues around the windows that could potentially affect A/C efficiency.- Ping Pong Table: The listing error about the ping pong table was due to a mistake on Evolve’s end, and they’re taking immediate steps to correct it. Our property manager has also replaced the missing pool cue tips (and has left additional tips and glue in the event they fall off or are misplaced due to normal wear and tear).- Gutters: Our property manager reports that the gutters in one area of the home require cleaning. Our property manager schedules cleanings for our gutters during the fall and winter seasons; in fact, gutter service has already been scheduled before Thanksgiving. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re working diligently to ensure the home remains in top condition. We hope to welcome you again soon, and please give us the first opportunity to assure that your next experience will be enjoyable and fulfilling.

Amazing Views
The property itself is pretty nice. My only real complaint is some cleanliness issues. Beds, counters, floors, etc were clean. However, it's pretty clear they lack deep cleaning. The windowsills look like they haven't been touched in months from the amount of cob webs we've seen, the air intake by the wood stove was covered in dust, the hot tub water was murky and there was scum along the water line. The most offensive thing was probably the two showers with sliding doors. They were moldy/mildewy. Be cautious on your walk down the small trail. The stairs are missing a step. It leads to a cliff so I'd recommend extreme caution with small children.
It would be beneficial if they offered more than dish soap and an almost empty bottle of bleach spray for cleaning options. Also recommend bringing an additional roll of paper towels. We only found 1 roll.
They do give you contact information for their cleaning company who also helps with any issues you have during your stay. My real concern was whether or not the owners were aware that the cleaning company may not be cleaning to their standards. So I reached out to Evolve after our stay to let them know and received no response.
The people posting 5 star reviews are probably doing it so they get the discount the owners offer. (Listed in their guest binder)

Hi L, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the property! Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues you were experiencing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. The owners will pass along your feedback to the cleaners so they can look into the items you mention and address them for future guests.
Architecturally different, however we found the spaces somewhat chopped up and no easy one place for the entire family to gather comfortably in a family room type setting. Maybe good enough for families with younger children, but for 6 adults it was really only the dining room table that accommodated everybody. Kitchen lacked some items that was required for Thanksgiving cooking, such as proper baking pans for the oven (only cookie sheet type pans available). Also lack of dish towels, and only 6 dinner knives (but many forks and spoons!) - could have done with some more. Was surprised that the 2nd bedroom is advertised as ‘en suite’, hogere it was only a half bath and the guests had to traverse down 2 stories to access a semi-private bathroom. Games area and movie theatre great fun, and the view is just absolutely spectacular!

Beautiful Views and Gardens…but disappointing
The house had a lot of quirks. The main bedroom has a king bed with two small pillows. The second upstairs bedroom, which is described as en suite, has
no shower or curtains on the windows facing East which allows the early sun to stream over the bed. The third bedroom had no windows, just a sliding door without a screen. It was unseasonably warm when we arrived and the air conditioning barely works. While there are many windows in the living areas, very few have screens. The towels need to be replaced as they are barely absorbent. No paper towels were provided and the toiletries were minuscule and sparse. For the high price we paid the place was very disappointing.
Very well appointed Great Location
There is a basement game room and theater. We saw several mice in that area. Also some droppings on the main floor. We did advise clean works property management about the issue.
Comfortable house, spacious with everything you need. Left a very important set of keys and property liason is mailing them to me as we had already left. Perfect!
