Beautiful Home

This home was well stocked, maintained and has a fantastic location. The beds were very comfortable, towels and linens were nice. The kitchen had everything you would need to eat, drink and be merry. The furnishings were beautiful and Ammey was very helpful. You could walk to everything that you wanted to do. The beach is beautiful and they even provided chairs, towels and umbrellas. We will be back

Great condo directly on the beach in the center of town!

The condo is centrally located and in walking distance to pleanty of shopping, eating and outside activities. The condo itself is very spacious and has a great patio area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook so you don't need to go out for every meal. There were also beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella and beach towels. We basically flew into town and needed to buy nothing but sunscreen! We had seen some reviews on the noise( music playing across the street) but the condo is very well built and suppresses most of the sound. You never can make it perfectly quiet, and it does stop totally by 10pm. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Beautiful condo!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo! It was located in a very convenient location to many resturants and attrations! It was great to be right on the beach and the sun sets were amazing! I would rent this condo again!

Wonderful time as usual.

We have stayed in this complex for several years. This was our first time in Unit5. It was clean upon arrival. We love the view from porch and master bedroom. Chairs were also available which was nice. Downside was noise from parking area since this is an end unit as well as music from bar across the street. Thankfully children had sound machines in their room to drowned out the music so they could go to sleep.

Owner's Response: We are so glad that your family had a great vacation and enjoyed our unit! Being a corner unit, it is a larger unit with windows down the side. Our guests love all of the natural light and the amazing views of the ocean and sunset from every room in the condo. Since your stay, we have installed special window panels that block over 75% of all sound from outside. It was quite an investment, but we feel that it will bring even more enjoyment to our guests in the 2 bedrooms that are located in the rear of the condo. We hope to have you as guests again one day!

Clean, comfortable, great views

Our family had a great time during Thanksgiving. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner with only bringing a few extra pans;the kitchen was fully equipped! We would recommend staying here and would stay again. We would suggest bringing ear plugs for the bars and street noise at night. The white noise machines provided worked well.

Beautiful location, however...

The location of the condo can't be beat.Right on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Upon arrival, the A/C was out and the condo was warm. The owner showed up fairly promptly to rectify the situation. At another time during our stay the A/C went out again and, again, prompt response to fix it but was an inconvenience. Please know if you rent this property that the owner has an app of some sort which tells when a door is opened/closed (which it NEVER was except to exit and enter), when temp changed in condo, when lights are on/off . We received MANY texts throughout our stay. Felt very much like Big Brother and not at all relaxing. Upon checkout we were told we left the property 'a mess'. Which couldn't be further from the truth. Towels were washed an put away, dishwasher loaded, garbage emptied, chairs rinsed of sand and locked. So, be warned if you rent this property they basically expect you to clean it top to bottom before you leave. It was my understanding that's what the cleaning fee was for... We were giving two out of five starts for cleanliness. Just absurd. Seems like a setup to take money out of the deposit. Owner is VERY strict, so just know that going in. Otherwise, like I said, nice place, great location but would not return.

This website, unfortunately, allows previous guests to write reviews without any type of validation as many of your statements are false. I prefer to take the "high road" and not provide details of the condition you left our property in. If it was our goal to take money from your deposit, then we would have, but we did not. Prior to you making your reservation, you were made aware of our rental guidelines and acknowledged that you accepted them. Maintaining proper humidity levels is vital to protect our million dollar beach front condo. You may have only been there for a week, but this is our home and investment for a lifetime. You continuously had a lack of respect for our property and our rental guidelines during your stay which resulted in damage to our unit and several hundred dollars in repairs and an inconvenience to our next guests. Most of our wonderful guests are very respectful and do not have any issues with the door sensors because they understand the importance of them or they simply respect the rental guidelines. If anyone reading this has any concerns or questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you and your family take pride in taking care of others property and respecting the rental guidelines, we would love to have you as guests!
