This amazing home located in the Spanish Hammock Community of Tybee Island offers almost 4000 square feet of island living space. With its 2 master bedrooms and 2 additional guest bedrooms with their own spacious bathrooms, custom hardwood floors throughout both floors, open floor plan on the main floor, amazing finishes upstairs and down, elevator that opens to all three floors, large entertaining kitchen and dining room and 4 porches.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Sister's Weekend

The property was amazing. We were informed in advance about an upcoming event on the beach which could have impacted our stay (it didn't). The house is beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. We did not use the main floor bedroom with a sofabed so I can not comment. My sister's and I would highly recommend. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great location, beautiful home

Everything was beautiful, the location was perfect, out of the traffic and crowds but close to Tybee and Savannah. The only thing missing was a clicker for the garage. Running up and down the steps was a pain. Overall the place was just what we wanted.

Huge, beautiful house

We booked the place for a writers’ group retreat—plus my husband—and each of us had a bedroom with its own full bathroom. That felt like such luxury! Rooms are very large, porches are gorgeous, and the live oaks outside are big and beautiful. Going off-season, we had no mosquitoes and all activities were fun and not crowded. All of us were over 54 yrs old and we appreciated the comfortable beds!

Family Trip

Overall the house is huge, clean, and beautiful. It has plenty of indoor space and a large screened outdoor space. The bathrooms were very nice. There were a few things we would have preferred. We really wish the fourth room had mattresses instead of a pullout couch. It seems like a terribly big house to only sleep 8. Also, just as a heads up, the mosquitoes were extra bad during our stay. It also would have been nice if there had been something like a ping pong table or a pool table. It was a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Nice and roomy house

Loved the house and elevator was a big help since i had just had knee surgery. Loved the screened in porch. It was our favorite spot. The huge kitchen was awesome. Wish I would of known that the 2nd floor bedroom was a hide-a-bed couch. I dont think i saw that in the description. But overall it was a great vacation. I would surely rent it again if we were ever back on Tybee island.

Fantastic Place

This house did not disappoint. All rooms with their own bathrooms, 3 of them feel like master bedrooms. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and the elevator made a visit from our elderly mother possible. Beautiful property and very private. Only suggestion I have for the property owner would be a quick look at the available cutting boards, they are pretty spent, and adding another large cooking pot. I would recommend this property.
