Welcome to paradise at Pelican Point! This stunning 3 bedroom/3 bath home has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation on beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Located right on a canal, you can enjoy the amazing views of the water and pool from your screened-in porch off the living room area. The inviting pool has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the spectacular Florida weather including plenty of seating, a poolside "beach" with sand, a TV, a fire pit ...and a shaded area to relax and enjoy. Right on the canal is a dock where you can fish or launch your kayaks. It is located close to open waters and the beaches of Anna Maria are only a few blocks away. Bringing a Boat? There are 2 humpback bridges to cross under with 6' to 7' height restrictions at low tide. Launch at Holmes Beach Boat ramp at 6398 Marina Way, Holmes Beach, FL 34217. Contact the office for trailer parking info.

Inside, this home has so much to offer! In the main area, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating with beautiful furnishings in coastal decor as well as a flat-screen TV. The dining area seats 8 and is conveniently located right off the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Also on the main level is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a walk-out balcony, king bed, TV and en suite bath. This updated bath has a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full/twin trundle bed and both have TVs. The third full bath is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo.

If you ever decide to venture from your perfect vacation home, Anna Maria Island has lots of great shopping, dining and activities to tempt you - not to mention the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf! There is even a free trolley that will take you anywhere on the Island.

For your information the owner has chosen to have outdoor security cameras that overlook the pool and the canal for safety purposes.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

The house was clean, updated and comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect for what we wanted. Walking distance to the beach, private pool and dock for fishing in the lagoon. It was a perfect week away. We will be back to Anna Maria Island!

We had a wonderful stay at this home on Anna Maria Island. The house was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The management staff was easy to reach and prompt in their responses. The pool area was wonderful with access to the canal for fishing. The pool was clean, large, and perfect for swimming or lounging . There was a gas fire pit for the evenings too. The house was cozy and well stocked. There were 4 adults and a teenager and plenty of room for all of us.It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to return again next year.

Wonderful place to stay on AMI!!

We had a great stay on Anna Maria Island. This house was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed being right on the canal so my son could fish. We were able to rent paddle boards and take them through the canals out to the ocean which was fun. We even saw a manatee in the canal! I loved that we could easily walk to the beach and Pine Rd. The beaches were gorgeous. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the island that way. Honestly, this house was great, I would recommend it 100%!

Nice property.

Property was fine. Hurricane Debby was not! Caught a ton of fish on the canal and great location for Rod and Reel Pier and other shops and restaurants. Love Anna Marie Island and would rent there again. Very clean as well.

Comfortable and well equipped home. Very quiet neighborhood. Serene setting on a canal. 10 to 15 minute walk to Bean Point down a straight and not busy street. Easy access to Pine Ave and all that Anna Maria has to offer.

Longer walk to beach but good if you have boat

This was our third time in AMI and this was farther walk from beach than we’ve had before. The property was very nice but didn’t have the beach supplies and bikes included like others we’ve rented. The pool would have been nice for family with younger kids. Overall clean and nicely decorated house.

Family Fun

We just spent a week at 112 Pelican and found the house to be very comfortable & spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was helpful to have a set of plasticware for the pool area. The only feedback I would suggest is to provide more than one bath towel for each guest for the week. We did have difficulty reaching the management service to request more.

Great space over all. Pool area was amazing. Kitchen had everything you would need. Plenty of towels. Grill outside and 2 fireplaces. One outside and one in. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops. Highly recommend. Management was very responsive to all questions before and during stay.

I gave one star for the simple reason that we never got access to the property. We never received instructions on entering the property after many attempts by myself and VRBO over the course of many hours. Which, left us homeless until we found last minute accommodations after the check-in time came and went with zero communication from the rental company or owner. It was stressful and disappointing.

relaxing spring break on Anna Maria Island

We had a great time staying on Anna Maria Island despite the weather not cooperating as much as we hoped. The property was nice, in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with the pool not being heated for the first 2 days, although we paid extra for it, but the rental company had the pool guy come out and fix the issue quickly. After that, the pool became the kid's favorite daily activity. In general, it was very easy and quick to communicate with the rental company (who also quickly remedied some missing bedsheets and towels). The property itself is in good conditions with maybe a little more wear and tear than justifiable for the price (some blinds not working, outdoor table surface showing signs of rust, bathtub faucet/shower level not working correctly, etc.) but also excusable given the fact that two major hurricanes hit the area last year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would, if we could, give it 4.5 stars.

They are watching you and restrict your use of the property

The listing states sleeps 6, dining area seats 8, living has plenty of seating, pool area has plenty if seating. The contract says occupancy is set by local municipalities and ordinances, not the management company or property owners. However, we checked in on Saturday, on Monday We were being harassed and had sheriffs on property because we had exceeded six people on property at one time. My sister and her teenage kids were visiting and we’re with my kids in the pool

Great Rental - Few Oddities

Our family would rate this property 3.5 stars out of 5 if we could, but were required to round up to 4. Overall, very nice property and the location on AMI was great. Easy walking distance to the Rod n Reel Pier, as well as close to Pine Ave. The house was clean except there were many ants on the property inside the house (kitchen and bedroom). We notified the host as soon as we arrived (Saturday), but the exterminator did not come until Tuesday based on delayed responses, and also the host asking if we - the renters - had contacted the property manager. We would prefer our job not be to contact an exterminator or property manager directly but rather have support from the host. Small detail but important for a rental property. Again, overall a good property but some small oddities that reduced our rating (fans that didn't work, very creaky floors, odd water pressure, nails on the deck that stick up and poke your foot, limited room for children to play, no children amenities provided).

This Home was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside as much as the inside. We stayed for three weeks. The king and queen beds were very comfortable. The double bed is not attached to the headboard and is situated in such a way that it is uncomfortable for two people to sleep/get out of bed or watch television.The management company did an excellent job by keeping us informed when the power went out due to high winds, providing blankets when there was a cold snap, and providing a plastic pitcher for tea. I highly recommend providing more than a set of eight silverware when you have a house full of six adults, who love to entertain and cook. We ended up buying extra silverware from the thrift store to supplement what we needed because we were told eight sets of silverware was sufficient by the management company. The house was very clean and we made great use of the Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, and pots and pans. There is an Insta pot and handheld mixer as well as baking pans and muffin tins. We bought and left a waffle maker for the house.
