We enjoyed staying at our spacious home. The ocean view was beautiful from the top floor.There was plenty of eating space, plenty of space to sit and relax by the fire and plenty of bedrooms for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! You can see the ocean from the top floor, and the beach access is a fairly short walk (or drive) away. The house was clean, modern, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together (8 of us), whether inside or out on the deck. There are definitely a lot of stairs, which was fine for us, one thing we wished was that there was a little more water pressure in the showers. But great location with a quick drive to shops and restaurants. If you turn right out of the house, you can walk down to a little park that is great if you have kids or dogs, and it’s near the beach access for walking. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great stay!

Spent the with family ages 2-75 and had an amazing stay. Everything was easy to find and the place was immaculate. Great location for spots up and down the coast and near to excellent dining (Pelican and Side Door specifically). Less than .5mile from the most family friendly sandy beach in the area (Nescott). 100% will stay again.

Beautiful House

We absolutely loved the home we rented on the Oregon coast. It was brand new and outfitted perfectly. The view was fantastic and it was very close to many restaurants. We would highly recommend it and we plan on renting it again.

Great location, amenities, and beautiful home.

The only downside with sleeping on the second level- you hear everything from above. Everything. Other than that, we loved this house and got a great workout with all the stairs. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice, with lots of stairs

House has great views. The 4th bedroom has a queen bunkbed NOT a regular bed as pics show. Living room and eating area seating comfortable for 8.Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Beds are comfy, has 4 bathrooms. No Kitchen cupboard place for dry food, need to keep food in bags you brought food in.There are no hangers in closets. Its a nice rental, but know there are 3 flights of stairs to go from driveway/garage to living area on 3rd floor. Flight of stairs from 2nd floor to top living floor are a little narrow. BUT top floor living space is pretty and accommodating. storage

Beautiful home

This beach house is beautiful! My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here immensely and wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I knew this house was 3 stories but I wasn't thinking about the living room and kitchen being on the top floor. We all spent a lot of time climbing stairs. Also the ceilings are quite high which is beautiful but means there are even more stairs. Just a warning to those who have trouble with stairs-this house has a lot of them!

Absolutely beautiful!

We absolutely loved this home. We had a shelf in the kitchen break and over half of the dishes broke. We called and they came right out to help clean it up and brought us disposable plates cups and bowls. The next day we got home from an outing and there were new dishes at our doorstep. The only downfall about this house was the amount of stairs lol. However if your young and or in good shape it shouldn’t be an issue. Spotless and beautiful!

Great beach house

We had a wonderful time visiting Lincoln City. The house is in a great location! We had two families of 4 during our stay and there was plenty of room. The only two things we missed were a hot tub and a second rec area for the kids. There is only one living room and it would have been nice for the kids to have a separate space to hang out while we were at the house. The beach is only a short walk from the house but it’s down a very long flight of stairs so it’s not the most convenient. There is another beach access a little further away that you can drive to and park. It’s easier to get to - no stairs. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, towels etc. The property manager was very responsive. I had to contact them about a couple of things and they were very helpful. Overall it’s a great property.

Beach access .5 mile

Top floor of 3 level home is the gathering area. Light sleepers take bottom level. I heard everything. I am a light sleeper on the middle level. Not complaining, just tired. 😊 There is a good view, when it is clear, of the waves. Even when it was foggy we enjoyed the door cracked open to listen to the crashing wave sounds. Very comfortable for 8 people who are good friends. The 3 levels of stairs got old pretty quick for most people, but for a short trip you make do, and it makes the view possible. No dryer sheets were provided, so plan accordingly. There was small shampoo and conditioner in the shower and soap in bathroom. There was dishwasher and laundry soap. We could not find an array of sharp knives for cooking. A few, we had to keep rewashing them. The other items in kitchen were adequate. There are 2 dishwashers which was lovely. The beach access is about half mile up and down hills to the North. There is parking at beach access. We walked many times there and back and once we drove when we knew we were getting wet in the ocean. That was a good call. There is also beach access to the South. We drove there, not sure the distance. Felt slightly further than the Northern access. Exit driveway to the South, take Right on second road (second road is only a few houses away.) Follow road till access parking lot on the right. I read no information in the house about the community pool and exercise area. We did not get to use the equipment provided there because it was locked and we didn’t want to call to figure out how to get in. However, a key hanging on the wall with clear communication on community use area as pertaining to hours and rules of usage would be great. If this is not a benefit of the home, pictures should be taken down of this area. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We had a nice weekend away.

All was great except the weather

We thoroughly enjoyed getting to go out to Oregon all the way from Tennessee to spend time with our daughters and their families for an early Thanksgiving. This place offered us a great venue to do that in. Plenty of room, comfortable, cozy, nice amenities, great views, and just a short drive to pretty much anything we wanted or needed to do. Unfortunately, our timing weatherwise couldn't have been much worse as we arrived just as a gale force storm was settling in and stayed the entire time we were there. Eh, we managed.
