About this property

Unique Coastal 3-Hexagon home right on the Pacific Ocean with Wi-Fi!

Poised on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Cliff House at Otter Point is unlike any other vacation home on the coast! Consisting of three hexagonal structures surrounding an open sky spa deck, it can accommodate up to eight adults in separate semi-private sleeping areas. The west-most hexagon offers spectacular views up and down the coast, from the Cabrillo Lighthouse in the south to Todd Point in the north.

This home is beautifully appointed throughout with a completely furnished kitchen, 3 bathrooms, several spacious living areas, and a deck facing the ocean. The beach is located a half-mile away at Caspar Beach.

A fully refundable damage deposit and a one-time cleaning fee will apply to all bookings.

Base rate is for 4 Guests. Limit is 8 Guests Maximum. Sorry, no parties, events, or pets. We discourage children under the age of 12 years old due to the proximity of the cliffs. Thank you.

Please be aware that a specialized Cleaning Fee of $425 is charged for smoking in the house.
No events or parties allowed. Any excessive mess or negligence will result in a $325 charge to cover the extra deep cleaning required.
Bringing a pet results in an automatic $325 fee. If your pet causes any damage, the cost of repairs or replacements will be added to your stay.

An exceptional home on the Mendocino Coast

It is a beautiful area that is quiet and at the end of a cul-de-sac with the Pacific Ocean makes it breathtaking. The area offers various wildlife and sounds such as birds, deer, and seals. The ocean adds its own specialty.

What makes this property unique

The home is unique due to the time and style of when it was built. It is not a cookie-cutter home, and shows its character from the moment of entry. The home is built around the hot tub with an open sky, and is still in a protected area of the home. The ocean views from all the bedrooms, the hot tub area, and the backyard are breathtaking. Its hexagon shapes and all the windows make it a fun and relaxing experience.
