Our book club weekend

Everything was perfect! Our book club has returned 4 times now to this lovely inn! The manager, Sasha always greets us warmly and makes certain we have everything we need. The kitchen is roomy & clean for our meals that we enjoy there; the bedrooms are tastefully decorated; and the grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and well manicured. We always enjoy our time at the Butterfly Creek Inn. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Never disappoints

I have stayed at butterfly creek several times and they never disappoint me. We enjoyed ourselves in our little oasis. We are planning our next trip there for the fall.

Beautiful & Serene Property

Every stay at Butterfly Creek is amazing, this is my fifth stay at the property. Each time I bring groups of friends, the house is very spacious for 16 adults. My group of friends really love the back yard oasis and the comfortable beds. Several ladies stated that the beds were more comfortable than their bed at home. Sasha, the property coordinator is awesome. She is very friendly, attentive, and make it her mission to ensure that your stay is comfortable. This property is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing weekend!

Family reunion with my in-laws

We had an amazing time, the house is espectacular. The creek, the zip line, kitchen with plenty Utensils, the fire pit, backyard. Very clean house. Loved it.

Family Gathering

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had an amazing family weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay at. It had every thing we needed for the family gathering for the weekend. Also, the innkeeper Sasha was beyond great as well. She really went the extra mile and was great at responding if we had any questions. We hope to come back and stay again very soon.

Amazing Property

We have stayed at this property several times and each time is a great pleasure. After this last visit we decided to make this an annual thing. The property owner and manager are very friendly and helpful. They keep the property clean and stocked with all the essentials. The layout of the home is very accommodating for a "Girls Weekend Getaway". Every year, everyone is happy with the features and cleanliness of the home. The beautiful scenery of the creek and back yard makes this property a hidden gem. We even seen butterflies on the property which makes the name so perfect "Butterfly Creek Inn". This will be always one of my favorite rental properties.

Excellent for groups with kids

We had an amazing long weekend here! Sasha was incredibly welcoming and responsive, proactively checking in throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed. We had 5 kids 5 and under and the house had plenty of space for four couples and the kids. For families with small kids, there's a full-sized crib, a pack and play, a high chair, some kids plates and probably a few other things I'm forgetting (utilize Sasha as a resource beforehand - she was so willing to send me pictures of what they had so we didn't have to pack unnecessarily!).We stayed at the house the whole weekend without ever feeling the need to venture out. The backyard is amazing - so nice, level ground if you need to bring a kiddie pool, and has lots of things to keep everyone busy (cornhole boards, a zip line, the creek). We didn't use the fire pit since it was super hot out, but that area was really nice too. We said multiple times throughout the weekend how we planned to come back and do this again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The Butterfly Creek Estate

Enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful home. This home was spacious for our large family of 15 adults and a pet. It was so perfect for housing 3 families, giving everyone space and being together.. Everything was clean, modern, and abundantly provided. The place is beautiful; and comfortable. Sasha was incredibly responsive and helpful via text. She is the best. She also shared some information about the attractions and events nearby. The fire pit was a great set-up. The creek was amazing. We had an unforgettable time at the house. We absolutely loved our stay here. Would absolutely recommend it to any large group looking to get away. This home exceeded our expectations! Sasha is a great manager and meets with you to introduce the house to you and checks on you daily to answer any questions you may have and to ensure everything is going well. We will have to plan another trip just to stay and enjoy this amazing place.

NEVER AGAIN

Beautiful property, clean and well stocked. The creek is magnificent. That's where the good things end. Plumbing went out within hours of me arriving. Could not even flush a toilet, take a shower, fill a tub or wash dishes. Then the internet went out. Alerted property manager immediately, she was there at the house trying to find the issue until very late that night. And again first thing next morning. I had to leave to go find a restroom I could use. Plumber came at noon and did not finish until 2:30pm the NEXT day. One of my Guests arrived at lunchtime and I had to meet her out away from the house - we could not be at the house as they were repairing the water issue. The other Guests arrived at 3pm just as the plumbers had finished and the property manager was there cleaning. Still no internet. The property manager was in direct communication with the property owner. What was supposed to be a relaxing BIG birthday celebration for me - a SPLURGE as this property was outside my budget but I stretched, was in all actuality very stressful and not relaxing. Owner offered me a free extra night, which I could not take as I needed to get back to work, & my guests had left . My request for reimbursement for the incident were denied. How someone can rent a property such as this, have a major issue with the plumbing and still charge the Guest FULL Price for the stay is beyond me. My guests all felt the same and 2 are Air B N B renters. They refund issues all the time. Renter Beware!

Beautiful setting with plenty of space for our family of 14. We enjoyed a family wedding in Tryon and were able to stay together in this gorgeous home.
