Escape to this light-filled, artistically curated home nestled in a private garden patio setting in the heart of Berkeley. With soaring beam living room ceilings, kitchen skylights, radiant heated floors, and a chef's kitchen. This place feels like home!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If possible, we always appreciate when guests: a. Place all used linens, towels, etc., in or beside the hamper next to the locked closet in the hall. b. Wash all dishes in the dishwasher.
C. On Wednesday please put 4 large trash, recycling & compost bins, located just inside of the property entry gate, out for city pick up, in street, wheels against curb. d. Close all open windows.
E. Turn off all lights and fans in all rooms. f. Leave the place tidy. g. Lock the door when you leave. Thank you taking care of these items. Thank you and wishing you a wonderful stay, Dugger

Go through the front gate, through the middle gate. Continue to the back of the back of property where my home is separated from front space.

We love traveling ourselves and we know how important it is to have a clean, beautiful space with comfortable beds and chef's kitchen. We have incorporated all the amenities we would want when we travel so that we can enjoy our vacation. We hope that you will enjoy all the small touches we have made to our space to make it welcoming and comfortable.
