The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. We were there on the hottest week of the year I think and the air conditioning worked great. The air hockey and foosball tables were a fun added bonus. We would recommend this house and may use it again in the future.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding in Anderson on the lake and this was a great house to stay at. We were able to have his mother and her boyfriend stay with us with plenty of space and enjoy the day on the dock before getting ready for the wedding that night. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place in the area to stay or looking for a fun vacation spot!
My son got married at The Venue at Edgewood Saturday. The house was a about 8 minutes from the venue. There were 8 of us and a 2 year old. It was great and the owner was very issue to work with. Thank you for the early and late check out times. It helped so much.

Great layout for 3 couples
After a minor blip we were able to get into the house and enjoy the house and lake. The owner was very responsive to our call. Thank you!We were impressed with the kitchen being fully outfitted for cooking The two bedrooms upstairs and one down met our needs. We were close to Anderson where we went to dinner one night and close to a marina in Georgia for our boat rental. The washer and dryer were used and appreciated. We spent most of our time either in the water or on it so we didn't play air hockey or foosball. The driveway is a bit tight but manageable. We lucked out with perfect weather!

The house was great. Little walk to the lake from the house. And cold so we couldnt enjoy it this trip. Kayaks on site was very tempting. Our youngest son lives up the hill. Perfect location to visit and enjoy our grand daughter. This trip was one to remember. Celebrating her 1st birthday and our early Christmas with them. Which was great down by the fire place. Our 10 yr old grandson enjoyed the games and trying to fish. Our youngest son suprised us with a proposal to his 7th grade sweet heart.. Over the top trip. Thank you for allowing us to be so close.

Cozy Home
We were here for just a brief visit as we were visiting our son at Clemson and went to a football game. Drive to Clemson is not bad at all, and this house is so much better than staying in a hotel. The neighborhood is quiet. We got there at night, so had a little difficulty navigating to the house, but the owner stayed in constant communication with us and had informed us of some neighborhood roadwork ahead of time. The house is well equipped and has the most comfortable beds. The house is clean and perfect for families. My kids loved playing air hockey! The downstairs den area is a great place to gather. It’s very cozy. We only had a quick chance to walk down to the lake. Loved all the trees! Hoping to get a chance to stay longer the next time and enjoy the lake. I appreciate the owners opening up their home. They are great hosts!

No place to sit and enjoy the lake :(
Disappointed in the lack of a place to sit and enjoy the lake. The porch in the pictures is at the front of the house facing the street. The windows on the back of the house are not full length and there is no porch or deck. The walk to the dock is not paved and had yard debris all over it and is quite a trek. We were not able to use the 1st floor/ground floor of the house due to the overwhelming smell of mold and dampness. The upstairs was very nice and everything was in working order. Just wan't what we were expecting

Hi Mary, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We apologize if the layout of the home, as depicted in our listing photos and descriptions, was unexpected. Please note that the deck does not face the water; it is located at the front of the home.-While our listing does mention the proximity to the water, we understand that locating it may have been challenging despite the photo guidance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In response to your feedback, we will update the listing to clarify that the home is situated away from the lake and requires a short walk to reach the water.-We're deep cleaning the carpet and upholstery to address any lingering smells. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring a better experience for future guests. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
This place was exactly what we were looking for. A place on the water to keep our boat, very spacious house with new appliances and furniture. Great for a family. Downstairs game room was great and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
