Summary:
You will love this spectacular two-level penthouse apartment, with incredible ocean views, a private rooftop Picuzzi and only steps from the beach.
On the first level you will find a spacious living room integrated with dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony for you to relax from a beach day, and where is located two bedrooms with Queen seize bed and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the second level with a King bed, private bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The Space:
You will love this spectacular two-level penthouse apartment, with incredible ocean views, a private rooftop Picuzzi and only steps from the beach.
On the first level you will find a spacious living room integrated with dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony for you to relax from a beach day, and where is located one bedroom with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom and a secondary room with Queen size bed and a full bathroom that serves the secondary room and the guests.

The master bedroom is located on the second level with a King size bed and private bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace.

This rooftop terrace and solarium, with both ocean and mountain views, features a gas barbeque, a big cold water Picuzzi and a couple of comfy sunbeds for you to relax while having a cocktail!

In the living room you will find a double size sofa bed.

The bedding and towels are custom made for us with the highest quality cotton.

We provide A/c in all areas as well as ceiling fans.

Smart TV's with Iptv system in the room and main room and wifi service is also available for the guests.
The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras. It also features a narrow adult swimming pool best suited for soaking and relaxing.

And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day

All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

New rental unit-good location

Property manager was responsive with emails as well as kind and respectful. This rental/property company owns and operates many units in the area. Booking process was different from what I was used to as VRBO fee paid at booking and remaining at arrival at unit outside of VRBO payment platform. Was assuming with previous communication that entire total for stay would include all fees paid including VRBO fee but did not. $XXX.XX more cost to me in the end. Electric cost during stay was not included but I knew that-XX$/day so not bad in big picture. Rental is not necessarily the cheapest in area and not directly on beach but nice that is new. Bring beach chairs as most are spoken for or resort owned on beach. Washer/dryer combo unit in apartment. Dryer feature is worthless and better just to hang stuff up-They had a rack in unit available. Nice 3 bedroom/3 bath unit-pull out couch also. There was no bedding on it but got taken care of. Pretty much new rental unit! BBQ grill on top roof level. Centrally located-good for locality for restaurants and shopping and not as good for noise at times but not overwhelming. All what you are looking for…. We liked overall-Short walk to beach. Very nice view on top floor of mountains in background. View to ocean was mostly obstructed. We stayed for 17 nights-I believe a mid stay cleaning of condo should be included. Towels listed provided but not sufficient for 8 guest stay as listed. A few more were dropped off but ended up buying some for XXX.XX$ out of pocket. Rooftop Picuzzi had water but jets not operational for entire stay. We didn’t really worry to much as we were at beach or pool. Main pool was nice -but looked cloudy for the first week of stay -filtration did not seem to be Lights never worked at night for swimming. Seems like possible electrical/construction issues in building-guest below us stated some issues as well. Leaking water on appliance etc. Water/sewer smell in kitchen area? Not sure if just the usually El Corteceito/PC facilities issue or more localized. Water flow good, water heat was ok but again not North America standard. You pretty much know that visiting most local area there is going to be a lack of some sort. I think just working out some new building rental glitches. They slap these condos up pretty quick and sometimes details are not met in construction. All in all- I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone visiting Punta Cana.
