Each cottage has its own private areas, but they also share the park setting along Mitchell Creek. Both 2bd chalets share a driveway and the 3bd cottage has its own. Making this perfect for larger groups to gather, while providing individuals with their own privacy as well.

- Pet owners, please be advised on our easy, straightforward pet policy. 6 pet max, clean up after them, & please keep them off the furniture/linens.

- A waiver must be signed in order to access the hot tubs.

-The exterior property of these cottages are monitored by Ring Home Security.

- With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.
