The Space:

Welcome to The Modern-Terranean Retreat, a beautifully designed Scottsdale escape where contemporary style, comfortable gathering spaces, and a resort-style backyard come together to create the perfect group getaway. Spanning nearly 2,300 square feet, this thoughtfully curated home blends elevated interior design with relaxed desert living—making it ideal for families, golf trips, or friends traveling together.



Inside, the open-concept layout creates a natural flow between the home’s main gathering spaces. A stylish front lounge sets the tone with cozy seating and a bar cart, offering a comfortable place to relax or enjoy pre-dinner cocktails. Just beyond, the main living area centers around an oversized chaise sectional and large Smart TV, creating the perfect space for movie nights, conversation, or quiet afternoons indoors.



The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the spacious kitchen island provides additional seating for casual meals or morning coffee. The chef-inspired kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, premium Bosch appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar designed to make mornings easy before heading out to explore Scottsdale.



All four bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, each offering king beds, hotel-quality linens, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans to ensure a restful stay for every guest. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family-friendly, making it the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

With quick access to the Loop 101, you can easily explore all corners of Scottsdale and beyond. Old Town Scottsdale is about 20 minutes away, offering vibrant nightlife, dining, and cultural attractions. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 25-minute drive, while Mayo Clinic, WestWorld, and Kierland are all nearby. A rental car is recommended for maximum convenience, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating are optional and available for an additional fee. Pool heating is $100 per night with a 3 night minimum or $600 per week, while spa-only heating is $50 per night. To ensure the pool or spa is heated upon arrival, requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.



Waiver Requirement

Guests will be required to sign a pool and spa use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy

This property enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or removal of the listing from hosting platforms. Please respect quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors.



Security & Monitoring

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to verify occupancy and for emergency use only. No indoor cameras are present. The property may also be equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only—it does not record audio or conversations—helping ensure neighborhood peace while preserving guest privacy.



Pet Policy

Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a non-refundable $175 cleaning fee will apply.



Late Checkout Policy

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.



Family-Friendly Amenities

A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
