Perfect Stay
Grateful to management company who facilitated a last minute reservation. The place is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is a restaurant below that played some live music at night which ends at 11pm. There were ear plugs provided beside each bed which was an unexpected amenity. The location is superb, with about 30 stairs up from street level to the unit, but not too difficult, may be a challenge if carrying really heavy luggage.

The Apartment is a 5!! Overall a 4.5 experience
The apartment itself is lovely. I used the kitchen a lot during my week-long stay. It was very well-equipped, having everything I needed. The bedrooms are spacious. The entire apartment is nicely furnished and decorated. It felt (and was) very clean. The sofa was super comfortable and so nice to veg out on after a long day. The location is awesome, but the parking situation was a bit frustrating (though no fault of the owner). The 2-hour on-street parking is challenging - finding a spot, moving my car every couple of hours, etc. The parking garage is a couple of blocks away - not ideal for checking in/out with a bunch of luggage. The hot water in the bathroom was not hot - it got to warm. When contacted, the management was responsive and said they would look into it. Showers remained lukewarm. Some things that weren't issues for me but could be for others: there are about 35 stairs to climb to get to the apartment; there is a restaurant below and some noise wafts up; the living room is cozy - might be hard to comfortably fit 6 people at the same time. Again, the apartment itself is fantastic and the location is amazing. I had a great week and good experience. My overall rating is really closer to a 4.5...but half-stars aren't an option.
