The place is dated - the dishes need updated and not sure the dishwasher worked but it was close to beach and we didn’t spend much time at place We moved dishes to make a little pantry as no place to put your food can easily condense some of the cabinets to make a pantry

Blue Angel Weekend

This place was great for our Blue Angel weekend! It is however a longer walk to Casino Beach than we could handle, it was a short drive. The property was quiet and it was a short walk to the beach.

My family stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. I think we enjoyed the ducks and turtles the most. The place was great! we felt comfortable there. No issues

Nirthday stay at the beach.

Short walk to the beach. Loved watching the ducks in the pond. Great place to help my friend celebrate her birthday. Far enough away from the bars, restaurants and hotels so that it was quiet, but close enough if you wanted to eat out.

Nice area, great beaches great food

Overall villa stay was great, front door doesn't seem very secure. New door and frame needed. Location was great, beach area great, some dated areas need repairs like bridge over pond buildings need fresh paint, good restaurants and entertainment around. Will go again.

Great condo

The condo was very nice, very clean with a beautiful view. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach which was really nice. Really nice pool 30 seconds away from the condo. A rug inside the condo would be nice to help catch the sand but other than that, we had a really nice vacation and would definitely recommend!

Good price & location

The condo itself was good. The location is great, just a short walk through the complex to get to the beach. An even shorter walk to the pool. It has everything you need. The master bed is comfortable. Our only problem was we didn’t get much sleep during our stay because the upstairs neighbors were ridiculously loud late into the night and early in the morning. It was a major frustration. So, if you’re a light sleeper, find a condo on the top floor. Other than noisy inconsiderate neighbors (who were hopefully temporary visitors), everything else was great!

Meh….

Dishwasher didn’t work. Shower pressure was awful. The worst part of the whole stay was the insanely disruptive noise from the people above. We were there for 3 cycles of guests upstairs and it was equally obnoxious every single day/night.

Relaxing place & great location

We love villas on the gulf. We have stayed there many times. This condo was a close walk to the beach and pool. I liked being near the pond with the fountain. We had excellent customer service. We had a little glitch in our stay due to a storm in the area but the company we booked with through itrip vacations was excellent and helped us with everything. We had a great stay and great experience. Thanks so much! We will be back again :)

Gem of a condo

My family stayed here from May 7-14th. The condo is bigger than I expected because the pictures doesn’t really do the place justice. We enjoyed sitting outside on balcony and we fed the ducks. The pond is absolutely stunning. The pool is great and just a few steps from condo. We went to the beach and it’s not far at all to get there by walking. Maybe a two minute walk. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing I can complain about is that we had to leave and go home! Lol. Thanks for letting us stay in your great beach condo.

Great location, easy stay

Nice kitchen with plenty of mugs for coffee (one review cited no mugs so I brought some which was totally unnecessary). It's a coffee maker and a Keurig, it wasn't clear in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. The only issue was not something that can be controlled - one full bath is difficult with a family - multiple adults/kids but for me it was worth the cost savings. This until was more affordable than others I compared it to. Would definitely recommend!

Villas on the Gulf Trip

The trip was great! Villas on the Gulf is a great, affordable property in a nice location. The one caveat we had was one evening we got a fluke rain storm that dropped 12 inches of rain overnight. This caused the lagoon next to us to flood and we had to push our vehicle out of the waters to prevent any damage. Several guests were not as lucky and their cars were totaled. The property manager called the next day to check on us and was very sympathetic and progessional. Locals told us that it is not uncommon for the lagoon to flood so I think it would be wise to make guests aware of this in the future so they do not park in flood prone spaces.

Wonderful time!

We had a great time!! It was the perfect location not too close to Casino beach so much less congestion , but close enough to get to restaurants and amenities quickly. The pond right outside this listing was such an amazing surprise and plus for our 7 year old! She loved feeding the ducks and many many turtles! We were able to perfectly see the Blue Angels and 4th of July fireworks from our beach house! The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars are because of a few suggestions for future bookings: No Coffee mugs- there is a Keurig and coffee, but we had to use plastic cups which wasn’t ideal. Trash cans- the master bathroom had no trash can in it. No Kitchen blinds- there were none and it was incredibly bright and no privacy when in the kitchen. The bathroom tub was clogged the entire time. My 7 year old likes to take a bath after her shower and I didn’t want her to do it because of the clogging and dirty water. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!
