Great cabin with amazing views! Hot tub was an added bonus. Loved hanging out in it on the back deck while soaking up the amazing views and sunsets. Kitchen had all accessories needed for cooking. Bedrooms were perfect size and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for our family of multi generations. Easy access to attractions, shopping, restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and many nice touches throughout the property. Would definitely return. Thanks for a seamless and stress free vacation!!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nice and very comfortable. Our only issue was the water had a lot of iron in it but we carried bottled water anyway so no big deal. Would stay there again

We had a wonderful time!
Came down for a weekend getaway before i have knee replacement surgery. It was three couple and we really enjoyed the house and view. The hot tub was what i needed. The only problem we had was the water pressure in the showers. This house was amazing 🥰

Our family had a great stay during our spring break trip! This cabin is in a great central location to many great hiking and waterfall spots. The cabin is located in a private neighborhood and has an amazing view of the mountains and sunsets. While we enjoyed many of the local spots, hikes, and GSMR train ride, we also enjoyed relaxing at the cabin in the hot tub and having family time playing games and relaxing outside with our hammocks. The cabin was clean and had all the basic essentials needed. This cabin would be great for 2 family’s if you were looking for that. We would choose to come back if we decided to vacation in the area again!
Absolutely wonderful location, great views, and easy driveway with no steep uphill or down hill. Felt new and fresh when we arrived. Well stocked kitchen. Great communication. We couldn't figure out where to where to dispose of our garbage at the end of the trip so we drove it out with us.
We would absolutely recommend this cabin to friends and family.
We had a great experience at bear a dise! The cabin was much better than expected. From the hot tub to all the amenities it was fantastic. The only thing I wish is that they replace the upstairs master bedroom mattress with a better quality product. But if thats the worst thing, ill take that every time
Great place to get away. The view from the back porch at sundown and sunrise is breathtaking. Very comfortable beds. The property manager was incredibly helpful. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it. My only issue was the trash. You have to take the trash to a dumpster not far down the road, but it is at an awkward angle. You have to make a 3-point road turn to get back - kind of dangerous on that road.
The house was clean and had plenty of space for sleeping our family of 6. The view was amazing! We had fun relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool, swinging in the hammocks, playing the Archade machine, grilling each night, and hanging out together. TVs and internet connect worked great.
Our hostess was wonderful and answered any questions quickly.
We felt like we were away, but not far from fun activities... scenic roads, hiking to Dry Falls, Highlands (Blue Bike Cafe, Kilwins, Bear Mountain Outfitters, Sequoyah Falls), Franklin (Lazy Hiker, Outdoor 76, Renee's Cake Shoppe, Main Street Coffee and Yogurt, antiques, etc).
There was definitely more to do, but we fit in as much as we could in four days. I highly recommend! We definitely plan to go back.

Great secluded location
We had a wonderful stay at Franklin this past weekend. Leaves were in full coloration around the area. The house had everything we needed for our short stay and was very comfortable for our group of 6. You have a 7 mile ride to either Ingles or Aldi’s or food lion. We had a four wheel vehicle and the main road is easy to get up to and is paved. Ways one time brought us through the back gate which will need a 4x4 to traverse. The house is on well water and thus make sure you bring plenty of water for consumption. It does have a whole house filtration but our group preferred bottled water. We did not know what to do with trash because there were no bins outside to put it in so we Hauled it to recycle center 4 miles away upon checkout. The subdivision is new and work is going on but it was not any problem with noise.Jacuzzi was a big plus and we enjoyed it. Sunsets are magnificent. It was 76F outside in late October so you know we had a blast sitting on the deck and watching it.
