Welcome to our stunning mountain retreat, at Beary Cozy Cabin! Our home is located on Cowee Mountain in the Great Smoky Mountains, near the charming town of Franklin, NC.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths, our cabin is the perfect getaway for up to 12 guests. Enjoy our expansive deck with a hot tub and breathtaking mountain views, perfect for seeing the natural fog that gives the Smokies their name.

The highlight of our home is the stunning natural scenery, best seen from our expansive deck which is in full view of the picturesque Great Smoky mountains. Relax and unwind in our hot tub while you take in the scenery and peace that comes with this quiet mountain abode.

The home itself receives lots of natural light thanks to plentiful windows, many facing the mountains. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, complete with multiple seating areas. You’ll find the rustic furnishings throughout the house provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The downstairs common area also features a pool table for your enjoyment.

Our cabin features four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The main floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, while upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms with a king and a queen. The lower level offers a king bedroom and a media room with a futon for two. Additionally, there is a bunk bed located in the loft, each with a twin bed. Two half bathrooms are available in the common areas.

Guests enjoy access to the entire property except for two locked closets, which contain extra cleaning supplies and personal items of the owner.

Beary cozy is located in a private, gated community, nestled in the quiet mountains.

You'll find there's more than enough parking for eight vehicles at Beary Cozy.

Our cabin is conveniently located just an hour drive from the Biltmore Mansion, 30 minutes from Cullowhee and Western Carolina University, and an hour from Asheville. Atlanta is about two hours away. If you're visiting during the winter months, Cataloochee Ski Resort is about an hour away.

You’re also just minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Nantahala Gorge, and the Cherokee Indian Reservation, offering numerous opportunities for outdoor adventures. Hiking, camping, biking, fishing, and whitewater rafting are just a few of the activities available in the area. You can also enjoy scenic drives and visit numerous waterfalls, such as Cullasaja, Dry Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls.

If you're looking for local dining options, there are several fantastic restaurants within a 20-minute drive. Ms. Lois' Restaurant and Kountry Kitchen offer classic diner and breakfast fare, while 828 Cafe serves up American/Latin fusion cuisine. Lucio's offers delicious Italian food, and Haywood Smokehouse is the perfect spot for barbecue. For those craving Mexican food, El Charro is a great option.

Since you’re immersed in nature, our home is surrounded by wildlife such as bears and raccoons, which may be attracted to garbage bags that may be casually left out. Please take the garbage to the dumpster, and not left outside, for your safety and convenience. The dumpster location is in the detailed check-in instructions.
