1 cabine se trouve à cÎté de la piscine, donc une fois que vous vous réveillez, vous pouvez aller nager ou vous asseoir dehors sur le porche et regarder par-dessus les coquillages que vous avez recueillies la veille tout à la plage au coucher du soleil! Entouré de jasmin, de palmiers, et les oiseaux du paradis, vous vous sentirez caché, caché des vies occupées nous échapper à pendant les vacances!

This was our first time visiting AMI. We spent 2 1/2 weeks here and had a great time! Starting with day 1, this place was clean and had everything we needed. We prepare most of our meals and I really appreciated the upgrade in cookware! It's a perfect location to get anywhere on the island! We'll be coming back!

This place was perfect! So close to the beach and shower to wash off.. the beach supply closet had everything we needed. The pool felt like bath water and was never busy; the pool design with the royal palms just felt like paradise. The bed was super comfortable which I was worried about leaving my pregnancy pillow at home while 32 weeks pregnant. Plenty of towels and laundry on site. We had such an amazing trip and a lot had to do with the property being everything we needed.

The cottage was by far the cleanest rental I have ever enjoyed. The pictures were an accurate reflection of the unit. The pool was enjoyable. The beach was within short walking distance. My only concern during the visit was my unit was entered without any prior notice while we were at the beach. I had taken my two dogs, and I would never have left them unattended if I knew maintenance needed to enter our dwelling. What made matters worse was that I was contacted by phone, email, and text message the day prior to look for an item left behind by the previous renter. I could not understand why looking for an item was more important than showing courtesy to me and the safety of my pets.

Is started off good the first night then the second night the window alarm went off from a low battery keeping us up at night until the battery died.The second event was the refrigerator went out and lost our food. I had to ask for reimbursement. We had to wait at the place since we had the dog for them to come twice to fix the refrigerator, plus the day they replaced the battery in the window. This was 3 days we had to wait for repair people that took into vacation time. We was given 50 for our food loss but on consideration of our time loss waiting b for repair man. Even though Milton was amazing!!The other unexpected was the window blinds was material and you could see in our place at night. I went to the dollar tree and bought some poster board to cover the windows at night. It is a lovely little place and was not the places fault that the refrigerator died and then window battery alarm went off. So better option would have been to take the old refrigerator out and have it serviced somewhere else not while we was in the place. We had two refrigerator. I give the place an 8.5/10.
Loved that the pool was 5 steps from the front door.
The pool was with beautiful lights at night.

Anna Maria Perfect

Absolutely perfect for two adults and a 10lb. Morkie. The owners parents were on site and were absolutely great ambassadors for AMI and the property. Closeness to the beach (5 minute walk) was great. Beach was great. Highly recommend.

Close to beach but private

Property was well maintained, but the chair in libing room was old and worn. But the place was fine otherwise. Great vacation would reccomend.

Cabin Love

This place is super cute! Just what we wanted in a vacation place and location. We stayed in August and although it was hot the vacation was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. Wagon, beach chairs, towels, etc were all available to use even noodles for the pool. Walking distance to the beach and trolley. The pool did get a bit warm at times but we enjoyed it everyday anyway.

Vacation!!

Although we experienced our first tropical storm, our stay was amazing! After the storm the rental company had reached out to check in and make sure everything was okay! Definitely recommend staying here as it’s a great get away and quiet place!

Fantastic Cottage

Really enjoyed our stay in cabin 1 Spinnakers. It was clean and well maintained. The location was also good. A short walk to the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. The landscaping and overall setting made you feel like a local. We have stayed on Anna Maria 3 times and this is our favorite property. Customer service and communication was excellent. Great spot for a couple.

Quiet and Relaxing!

I brought my 12 year old granddaughter with me on vacation and we stayed in cottage #1. Cute cottage and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Would definitely recommend any of Spinnaker cottages. Pool was clean and warm, lovely beach just a short walk away.

Amazing in every way

The listing is absolutely accurate. Beautiful condo with great overall atmosphere. It was incredibly hard to leave and we will definitely be back. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, as is the beach. If you’re comparing other potential places to stay, just choose this one, you won’t be disappointed.

Another fantastic stay!

This is our third visit to Cabin 1 with the family. The unit is always clean and cozy. Cabin 1 has a window which opens to the pool deck so it's perfect to be able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool while mom and dad relax indoors. We will most definitely be back for a fourth visit. Thanks!

Lovely, quiet bungalow with great beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet cabin by the beach. Having the swimming pool right next to us was a big plus. There are actually 5 units of various size on this property, so this would be a great venue for a multifamily gathering. We would definitely come back!
