Como parte de Spinnakers Vacation Cottages, Cabin 1 es una casa de campo de un dormitorio y un baño ubicada en un exuberante paisaje tropical. Grande para una celebración de aniversario, luna de miel o una escapada! ¿Quieres traer a los niños? No hay problema, que les va a encantar aquí también!

1 cabina se encuentra junto a la zona de la piscina, así que una vez que despierta, se podría ir a nadar o sentarse en el porche y mirar por encima de las conchas que recogió la noche anterior, mientras que en la playa viendo la puesta de sol! Rodeado de jazmín, palmeras, y las aves del paraíso, se sentirá escondido, oculto de la vida ocupada dejar de estar mientras está de vacaciones!

Cuando esté listo para explorar la isla, se puede subir a bordo del tranvía gratis IAM que funciona todos los días a lo largo de la isla y tiene una parada a sólo unas cuadras de su puerta.

Cabin 1 was perfect for my husband and myself. Property is an easy walk to the beach which is beautiful and not crowded. Plenty of beach supplies on hand… chairs, umbrellas, etc. Pool was warm and nice to relax around as well. The cabin had everything we needed and we would come back again.

This was the first time we stayed here but it won't be our last! The cottage was the perfect size for us and it came with beach chairs, umbrella and even toys for sandcastle making! We enjoyed the layout of the cottage, the shaded porch and the pool area. It's literally a block from Holmes Beach. We communicated easily with the property management and appreciate their friendliness and responsiveness. Thank you for welcoming us to beautiful Anna Maria Island !

This was our first time visiting AMI. We spent 2 1/2 weeks here and had a great time! Starting with day 1, this place was clean and had everything we needed. We prepare most of our meals and I really appreciated the upgrade in cookware! It's a perfect location to get anywhere on the island! We'll be coming back!

This place was perfect! So close to the beach and shower to wash off.. the beach supply closet had everything we needed. The pool felt like bath water and was never busy; the pool design with the royal palms just felt like paradise. The bed was super comfortable which I was worried about leaving my pregnancy pillow at home while 32 weeks pregnant. Plenty of towels and laundry on site. We had such an amazing trip and a lot had to do with the property being everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect for two adults and a 10lb. Morkie. The owners parents were on site and were absolutely great ambassadors for AMI and the property. Closeness to the beach (5 minute walk) was great. Beach was great. Highly recommend.

Although we experienced our first tropical storm, our stay was amazing! After the storm the rental company had reached out to check in and make sure everything was okay! Definitely recommend staying here as it’s a great get away and quiet place!

Quiet and Relaxing!

I brought my 12 year old granddaughter with me on vacation and we stayed in cottage #1. Cute cottage and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Would definitely recommend any of Spinnaker cottages. Pool was clean and warm, lovely beach just a short walk away.

Lovely, quiet bungalow with great beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet cabin by the beach. Having the swimming pool right next to us was a big plus. There are actually 5 units of various size on this property, so this would be a great venue for a multifamily gathering. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic Cottage

Really enjoyed our stay in cabin 1 Spinnakers. It was clean and well maintained. The location was also good. A short walk to the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. The landscaping and overall setting made you feel like a local. We have stayed on Anna Maria 3 times and this is our favorite property. Customer service and communication was excellent. Great spot for a couple.

Another fantastic stay!

This is our third visit to Cabin 1 with the family. The unit is always clean and cozy. Cabin 1 has a window which opens to the pool deck so it's perfect to be able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool while mom and dad relax indoors. We will most definitely be back for a fourth visit. Thanks!

Amazing in every way

The listing is absolutely accurate. Beautiful condo with great overall atmosphere. It was incredibly hard to leave and we will definitely be back. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, as is the beach. If you’re comparing other potential places to stay, just choose this one, you won’t be disappointed.

Cabin Love

This place is super cute! Just what we wanted in a vacation place and location. We stayed in August and although it was hot the vacation was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. Wagon, beach chairs, towels, etc were all available to use even noodles for the pool. Walking distance to the beach and trolley. The pool did get a bit warm at times but we enjoyed it everyday anyway.

The cottage was by far the cleanest rental I have ever enjoyed. The pictures were an accurate reflection of the unit. The pool was enjoyable. The beach was within short walking distance. My only concern during the visit was my unit was entered without any prior notice while we were at the beach. I had taken my two dogs, and I would never have left them unattended if I knew maintenance needed to enter our dwelling. What made matters worse was that I was contacted by phone, email, and text message the day prior to look for an item left behind by the previous renter. I could not understand why looking for an item was more important than showing courtesy to me and the safety of my pets.
