The complex offers the convenience of underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0") and a designated underground parking spot. The complex has excellent amenities offering year-round outdoor Jacuzzis, sauna, weight room, coin-operated laundry facilities, and an outdoor pool (Summer only), BBQ areas, fire pits and picnic outdoor dining areas. There is elevator access to this unit from the parking garage, the unit has accessible access.
