This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features hardwood floors throughout and stainless appliances in the newly remodeled kitchen. The location is fantastic, just four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and two blocks to downtown Aspen. The condominium is full of amenities including a SONOS Bluetooth speaker, flat screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, steam shower in the guest bathroom, washer/dryer, and many other comfortable touches. This complex has no elevator.
Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King
Other: There is also Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Complex amenities at the Aspen Ute Condominiums include complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, an on-site, assigned free parking space, and free Wi-Fi.
All Frias Properties guests receive daily housekeeping and complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
