We loved it so much, we bought it! Enjoy your stay at this fabulous 2-bedroom 2-bathroom villa just a short stroll from the beach - where comfort meets coastal charm located in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.

This great complex has 3 miles of beautiful white sandy beach, very short walk to 1 of 5 community pools,3 Championship Golf courses, 24 lighted amazing pickleball courts, 19 clay tennis courts, with a pro shop that has it all. 11-mile lagoon for canoeing, paddle boating, crabbing, fishing and more! Fantastic happy hour deck! Walk to the well-known Alexander's for a fabulous dinner, followed by a stroll on the beach to watch the sun set. Whether you want a sports vacation or just relax on the beach it's a place where irreplaceable family memories are made.

I had an issue with the fridge and the owners worked with me diligently to fix it. Communication was wonderful.Also they had alll the things a family needs for a great beach stay. Plenty of chairs, there is a rolling cooler, and umbrella. Plenty of towels.

Queen’s Grant Villa

We love staying at Queen’s Grant rentals! This one is lovely and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, one of the closer ones in the complex. The hosts did not check their messages via Vrbo daily, which I had thought would be the best way to get in touch. However, once we called their cell and left a message with our concerns, they did respond in a timely manner.

Cute, clean but location is lacking.

This property has a wonderful beach vibe and is spotless. The location is lacking as it is not close to any of the beaches. Parking is very crowded and the deck overlooks the road so we didn’t enjoy sitting outside. The pool was very tiny and literally in someone’s back yard so we didn’t use that either. I have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and the location of this property was lacking although the inside was delightful and clean!

Thank you for reviewing the property, the beach is less than a half a mile and yes, Hilton head Island has become very crowded and parking is limited at the beach, which is why they have the free shuttle or an easy bike ride to the beach. There are six different pools in the complex that can be used all thru queens grant. There are many other places that can be rented closer to the beach, however they would most likely be 2 or 3x the price. We appreciate your business and thanks again for the review.
