The bay beckons! Relax and enjoy your vacation in this beachfront condo with direct water access, Cape Cod Bay views and amazing sunsets. This second floor, two-bedroom unit is located in the desirable Beach Point area of Truro at Shoreline Condos.

Enter an open and bright main living space with galley kitchen, dining area and living room. The nicely-equipped galley kitchen has stainless appliances including a dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi, a ductless split unit A/C.

A slider from the living room leads to a balcony deck with two Adirondack chairs--grab your morning coffee (or evening cocktail) and enjoy the amazing views of Provincetown.

The unit has two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable, a ductless split unit A/C and wonderful water views. Bedroom two has two double (full) beds, a flat screen TV with cable and a ductless split unit A/C. , both with a queen bed, a flat screen TV with cable, a ductless split unit A/C and closet.

The bathroom has a double sink vanity and a separate tub and shower. Access from the main living area and the bedroom with the double beds. You'll love the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer.

Enjoy direct access to the bay beach where you can swim, lounge, sunbath and beachcomb. Settle into the sand for the sunset and stick around for some stargazing and the twinkling lights of Provincetown.

There is a community-use gas grill and picnic tables.

Short drive to the best of Truro including restaurants, historic sites, live music at Payomet Performing Arts Center, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and tours of Highland Lighthouse and Truro Vineyards.

The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route to Provincetown. Leave the car parked and hop on the shuttle for a quick trip to Commercial Street for amazing restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, night clubs, whale watches and other fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
