Highly recommend!

Wonderful house! It was very clean and a great location to downtown and the beach (short walks to both). The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you need and more. We will definitely be renting here again!

Ski New Years Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! Even though the weather was too warm for skiing, we still had a great time. The house is cozy and at a great location! That made our stay very enjoyable!

Charming home; great location

We loved this house and it fit our group of six perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment we needed. There were lots of towels for showering and swimming. The outdoor space was beautifully landscaped and provided plenty of seating. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and also into town for coffee and library visits. Perfection!I hope we can come back.

This house was a perfect place for our family of six to stay at along with our parents.

This was a perfect house for our family summer vacation in Michigan! We loved the old, unique charm of the home (including the squeaky wooden floors upstairs) combined with the modern upgrades throughout the house. It was a great place to hang out and start our day together and then reunite and relax in the evening. We highly recommend this homeaway rental to anyone visiting this area of Michigan during the summer or winter!

Great house

This is a great home in walking distance to downtown Boyne City. It was clean and had everything we needed. The living room and back porch are small but very utilitarian and good spaces to entertain. We didn’t use the master BR upstairs but it is spacious. The downstairs bedroom and bath were great. Thanks Helena. We appreciate the use of your home.

Boyne City Family Vacation House

We loved this rental! It is about 4-5 blocks to the beach and downtown (easily walkable for an 8 and 10 year old), had a lovely backyard patio area. The house is very clean, very well stocked. We have an issue with the internet and called the property manager- she had someone out to the house within 30 minutes to fix it. Very responsive. Would rent this again for sure!

Cool and refreshing.

The house was a great stay place for all of us including out pugelwieny breed of family dog. Great amenities and accommodations. Close to downtown and great sunsets!

Boyne City Vacation Rental

This property was very nice. We had excellent amenities and everything was very clean. The only suggestion we would have is to change the queen size mattress and sheet set for the bedroom on the main floor. The quality of the bed is terrible and we ended up going to Bed Bath & Beyond in Petoskey to purchase a mattress topper and new sheets to try to make the bed sleepable. The sheets were very clean just old and balled up. The topper helped a bit, but was still not a good nights sleep. We used this first floor bedroom as the master so that the kids (teenagers) could have the 2nd floor to themselves. I would otherwise highly recommend this property.

Would return again!

Great property, Helena was wonderful to deal with. Comfortable setting, comfortable home..can't say enough. Struggled a bit getting the TV / WiFi to work. Luckily we weren't dependent on it. Also would note that if you do bring a dog, the yard is not completely fenced, so perhaps a baby gate for behind the garage and another form of barricade for the opening between the garage and house.
