Out Dated Room

The bath tub did not drain and we had to take a shower with dirty water ankle deep while in the shower. The bathroom sink also didn't drain very well, and took 5 minutes to drain while using. Two light bulbs were blown out and not working in the room. The room in general is plan and dated. Chalking in the bath tub was coming apart and looked terrible. Its obvious that the owner only collects rents and doesn't visit his place to see the condition. They only find out there are problems when the tenants complain. No way to run a business---especially for that price. Overall disappointed for the price. And finally, that toilet couldn't flush any slower or be any smaller. If your height is over 5 feet is a long way to get seated.
