Walking & bike paths weave through this beautifully planned residential neighborhood, leading to parks, Starbucks & Tim Hortons, a grocery store & a pharmacy. Ideal for longer stays where travelers may wish to cook & relax at home between exploring all that Vancouver Island has to offer. The suite has its own entrance and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, modern living space with a 65 Inch TV, free wifi, in-suite laundry and baseboard heating to keep you comfortable!

Great property, it had everything we needed! It was clean, bright and modern. Would stay again at this property. Very convenient to groceries with a full kitchen, walk to the beach was a bit further than is comfortable after a long day but a short drive with free parking solved that. Only inconvenience was the on street parking can be more sparse on some evenings. Was not ever more than a half block away, everything was very manageable.

Perfect Spot

A spotlessly clean, new, nicely decorated, comfortable one bedroom with a well equipped kitchen. As described in the listing. A great place to temporarily ‘come home to’ while around and about the Colwood and Langford or broader greater Victoria area. Perfect for longer stays. Accommodating hosts.

Amazing

Sheri’s suite was comfortable and have everything we need for our stay. Sheri and her husband were very friendly and met us for our check in. They would check in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. We were in Victoria during a hot spell and the suite stayed nice and cool. The bed was comfortable and they had a twin mattress for our son to sleep on in the living room. The neighbourhood had nice paths to go for walks and there was a grocery store and a few fast food places just a couple of blocks down the road. The beach was beautiful and it was close to the Esquimalt Lagoon which we went to every day to escape the heat and enjoy the ocean! I would highly recommend staying here it accessible to all the major roads. We will be back!

Super beau secteur où l'urbanisme met tout en valeur, accueil chaleureux, tranquille, grand pour 2 personnes. Tous les magasins sont à distance de marche et l'accessibilité à Victoria se fait bien. Très bien équipé pour la cuisine, on a manqué de rien. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Buchung problemlos. Preis für die Unterkunft überwiesen, dann sehr lange keine Reaktion, keine Check-in-Daten erhalten etc. SMS an die hinterlegte Handyr. blieb unbeantwortet. Am Tag der Anreise dann über die hinterlegte Handynr. versucht, Kontakt zum Vermieter aufzunehmen, Ansage: "Nummer nicht vergeben". Starke Verunsicherung, ob es die Unterkunft überhaupt gibt oder wir auf einen Fake hereingefallen sind. Kontakt zur Hotline von FeWo direkt (Service nur auf Englisch, aber sehr zuvorkommend): Offenbar Missverständnis, die Handynummer war falsch und der Vermieter hatte nicht auf unsere Nachricht über die FeWo App reagiert. Immerhin war der Kontakt zum Vermieter dann freundlich.Zur Unterkunft: Lage sehr gut, Betten gut. Beworben für bis zu 6(!) Personen, leider Geschirr tlw. nur für 4-6 P. abgezählt und nur 3(!) Messer. (ordentlich ausstatten kostet nicht viel, sorgt aber für einen deutlich entspannteren Aufenthalt). Leider in der Verbindung vom WoZi zum 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein Vorhang, keine Tür, d.h. Aufenthalt abends mit Gesprächen nur in der Küche möglich. Leider war der Rolladen im Badezimmer defekt, lüften kaum möglich, WC nicht richtig sauber. Alle Türen (auch zum WC) mit Glaseinsatz (unpraktisch). Hauseingang gar nicht einladend (Zigarettenkippen vor der Haustür ohne Ende, Dreck sowie eine Sitzbank und alter Sessel, darauf Hundekotbeutel). Hausflur sehr staubig und dreckig. Schade für den Preis von fast 200 Euro pro Nacht. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
