Featuring a bedroom with a plush queen bed on the main floor, alongside another queen bed, ensuring restful nights for all. For added convenience, the lower level boasts a guest room with a twin bed, as well as a multifunctional space furnished with a twin bed and a full size trundle.
The Space:
The cottage boasts two well-appointed full bathrooms . Additionally, an outdoor shower invites you to rinse off after a day spent at the Peconic Bay beach. Step outside onto the deck or patio, where you can bask in the tranquility of the tree-filled garden or gather around the fire pit for evening storytelling and stargazing.
Inside, the eat-in kitchen with a quaint breakfast nook serves as a central gathering spot, illuminated by natural light streaming through large windows. Enjoy meals at the kitchen table or grab a quick bite at the bar area with seating for two. For larger gatherings, the covered patio has a table accommodating up to eight guests. With its paved driveway and ample parking, this idyllic cottage promises a seamless and relaxing getaway for all.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking on the property.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.
