About Vacasa, ID - Coeur d'Alene Region Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Cozy little cabin on the lake
Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views from the deck!
Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Small and cozy but perfect for three mommas needing a getaway! The house sits directly on the lake and the water sounds were very therapeutic!! It was nicely stocked with all the things we needed!
Perfect place for 3 mommas to have a much needed getaway!
This cabin is cozy and comfortable. We had a nice relaxing time there.
Outstanding value - especially for couples!
Thanks to Vacasa, we had a delightful five night stay in this lake front cabin. It's quite obvious that the owners take pride in their property--hardly anything was over five years old--so new and fresh. Yes, at one time this probably was grandpa/grandma's lake place and it is indeed a "cabin." Small in size --no mansion--but we wanted something cozy, not one of those 14 room estates. So quiet at night that even the crickets seemed to have sub-woofers attached to their legs! The bathroom is small but we had no issue with it. A fully stocked kitchen, utensil-wise made meal prep easy. There's a nice flat screen tv but we didn't use it. It was hot the week we stayed there --85-95 but with the sun setting over the back of the cabin we stayed pretty comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake offers a stunning view, and with a short flight of stairs down, you're soon on a sprawling dock that accommodates boats and jet skies. We are familiar with the area and so enjoyed a number of outdoor activities like biking and golfing. We really hope to return next summer, and perhaps the next! Our only question is: could you please replace the three screens that are missing in the back bedroom windows? Those mosquitoes like to pray on defenseless people while they're sleeping. Thanks again for an awesome stay!
Sunrises were great.
Wonderful setting, reasonably private, no dishwasher. No Wi-Fi.
