Very cute house. parking was easy, you can park in the driveway or under an awning. Large TV in the living room was great. No table in the kitchen but has a bar-island for 2. Bed was king and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but a little small , fine for a vacation. No TV in the bedroom. Enjoyed our stay in Tampa but actually spent most of our time in Clearwater. They have great beaches and a lot to do near the beach

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our son is at University of Tampa so we were 5 minutes by car away from his apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Everything in the rental was just perfect—we will definitely be back!

We loved it here! Great, clean space! We loved Davis and all the amenities close by. Restaurants within walking distance, private beach, and close to downtown Tampa and Hyde Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in beautiful and historic Hyde Park! Walking distance to Bayshore Blvd and Hyde Park shopping. The apartment appears to have been recently renovated. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Modern appliances. The entire unit was immaculate. This will be our rental choice anytime we are visiting Tampa.
