Location and spaciousness describe this place best. I just love it and this is our second stay here.

We needed a place to stay after a medical procedure at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. It was a great place to recuperate before traveling home.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in. Super convenient area. Loved being in the relaxing pool. Very quiet and peaceful. It was nice to stay in a very clean home and well maintained. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Clean, welcoming, plenty of linens, cutlery, dishes, etc. Good closet space and laundry facilities. Ceiling fans and HVAC were great. Use of garage made a huge difference with the car in the hot weather. We used 2 bedrooms, both had comfortable beds. Overall this home is well kept and comfortable. Having had a VRBO I have a few suggestions. Please consider adding a laundry basket, trash can in laundry room, small chair or bench in the bedrooms, and an ottoman and a small end table in the family room so guests can put their feet up and have a table at each end of couches. Master shower/toilet area very tight, consider removing door or changing the swing. I could not find a kitchen colander for washing veggies/fruits but I probably overlooked it as the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed our stay at this home and even though I made some suggestions, please know these are not negative comments, we had a nice stay without them and are only trying to make the home even better than it is.

Loved the stay, pool was always crystal clear and water temperature was perfect. House was clean, very comfortable and the split master floor plan was perfect for a family stay where we could all be together but still feel some privacy. Home has a central open great room with massive island. Perfect for a family or very nice romantic retreat.

I loved everything about this home especially the layout and Lauren was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful home and pool. Home and amenities were as advertised. Pool was wonderful!! Upscale safe neighborhood. Host was quick to respond and accommodated our needs This VRBO was priced incredibly low during our stay! Highly recommend this property!!!
