The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, two master suites, three decks, vaulted ceilings, 3 fireplaces and a woodstove, extra family room, granite counter tops, new hot tub, and an attached two car garage. The home is a bit over a mile from the North Tahoe Beach Center and other public beaches, lakeside restaurants and the Old Brockway Golf Course.

There is an ongoing construction project across the street from our property from June 2025 to October 2025. This project will involve additional vehicles, equipment, workers, and deliveries, which could potentially impact your stay.

To accommodate this, we've adjusted our pricing accordingly.

Please be aware that this construction will continue, and we kindly request that you only book if you're comfortable staying near the construction site. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Upper Level: This level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, 1/2 bath to service these areas, master bedroom with walk in-shower with separate tub, gas fireplace, double vanity, and three decks off of this upper level (one off the master, one off the living room, and one off the kitchen where the propane BBQ and patio furniture is located).

Lower Level: This level features a separate family room with woodstove, TV & DVD, second master suite with fireplace, three more bedrooms, a hall bath, and a sliding glass door leading out to the back yard.

Enjoy the casinos and nightlife at Crystal Bay, events and skiing at Northstar California, and just minutes to Kings Beach and Truckee. Hiking and biking trails are just a short walk from the front door. Three large and nicely appointed bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms make this home ideal for a large family or a group of up to twelve guests.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. This home has DSL internet vs. cable, as it is the only service offered in the specific area. In turn, guests will be able to check email, etc., but streaming is difficult based on speeds.
