Fort Lauderdale Historical Society vacation rentals

We had wonderful vacation. The beach was minutes away we set up our beach tent and chairs in morning and took down later in day. We could see our tent sitting on hotel patio while having lunch or just going back and forth. The rooms were clean and well maintained for an older building. We like smaller hotels vs large chain hotels so for us it was great. Relaxing and people friendly. Marco the manager was great,very helpful. We walk every night on broad walk which had restaurant, ice cream shops, music playing in different locations, lots of fun people on roller blade and bikes with lights many colors. We have family in Miami that came to visit, there is public parking minutes away so they enjoy beach and broad walk with us and then went home.

If you want to get to a corner of paradise, then this is the place for you. A wonderful yard, a very nice pool, a cozy atmosphere and a very nice owner

We chose this vacation home to celebrate with family and it was perfect! A very clean, modern home for all ages!

It’s a very nicely renovated well maintained apartment. 5 min walk to the beach. It has pretty much everything you would need at your vacation stay. The management responses back very fast.

We loved our stay. Perfect for 3 couples. Owner is verry strict, it is not the place to make the party, but it was ok for us this time. Verry well maintained property. Only negative point I could find is a lack of dishes; dish washer must be started after each meal.

In a very convenient location to shopping and restaurants, this luxurious apartment and property had everything for making a stay in Fort Lauderdale comfortable. Also, the property managers/owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Great place!

From the moment of booking Emanuele was super attentive and answered any questions I may have had. He made sure when I got there that everything was okay and I had everything I needed. He was very quick with replying to messages and I appreciated that very much. The house was perfect ! Very spacious and super clean. The pool was spectacular. Thank you Emanuele ! It was a last-minute decision that took us to Florida and brought us to Casa Serena. The name could not be more perfect as it is a cozy and serene home. The house is in immaculate shape, extremely clean, comfortable, and tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood close to the beach. The pool was irresistibly inviting, and the picturesque landscaping was so pretty that we barely wanted to leave the house. The "sunroom" was incredibly comfortable, and our kids spent a lot of time playing there when they weren't in the pool. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The cook's kitchen offers Kitchen-Aid appliances and all the necessary gadgets. And the grill by the pool is a nice Weber gas grill that saw a LOT of work during the week. The only bad thing about the house was that we had to leave, eventually. Lucas is a gracious host and very responsive. We had a minor issue and he handled it quickly and with incredible grace. I highly recommend this location. Casa Serena played a HUGE part in how great our vacation was.
