Beautiful, cozy, passive solar home is located in Angel Fire, New Mexico. There is plenty to do here, both summer and winter. The large, well stocked kitchen allows for numerous cooks. The master suite, with a new queen size bed and single day bed, is upstairs and has a deck. The master bath has a step in shower and jetted tub big enough for two and double sinks. Downstairs, one bedroom adjoins the bathroom and has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a new full size bed. The upstairs queen bed and both downstairs beds have warming blankets. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open for lots of family togetherness. There is a queen size hide-a-bed couch in the living room. The roomy deck has a picnic table and porch swing. The house is pet friendly with tile floors in the common areas and a gate available to confine your pet in the kitchen.
The base of the ski area is 1 mile away for downhill and cross country skiing and tubing in the winter, and for mountain biking and hiking in the summer. The national forest boundary is about 1/2 mile away and has hiking trails. The Country Club is about 1 1/2 miles away for golf, tennis, basketball, and has a fishing lake for kids and seniors. Monte Verde Lake is about 2 miles away. Fishing and paddle boating are available there. |
