The Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk is one of Wyndham's two resorts in Waikiki. Situated on the newly renovated Beachwalk Strip, it's right in the middle of Waikiki's best neighborhood and newest hot spot. Only 1/2 block to the beach, and 1/2 block to public transportation, it is surrounded by new restaurants and shops and walking distance to all Waikiki attractions.
Our two bedroom deluxe suite is approximately 1200 square feet. It is furnished with everything you need to feel at home away from home, including a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, washer and dryer, flat-panel televisions, and a lanai off every room. The master bath has a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
Stay in this private five star, Gold Crown resort as a guest of the owner and enjoy full owner amenities that include the use of a beautifully tiled swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, a spacious exercise facility, and a family game room. Take advantage of free classes including ukulele, hula, lei making, story telling and arts and crafts (a nominal fee for supplies may be charged). A free poolside breakfast is offered at activities presentations.
There is no room tax, which SAVES you 15.1% over hotel prices; and no cleaning fee.

Location is everything
Location is everything
We stayed at Wyndam Waikiki February 5-15, 2013 and were very happy and satisfied with the resort. The pictures don't do this resort justice. Everything was clean and the unit was well appointed with everything you would need. Beds were supportive and were made with extremely good linens. You will not be disappointed. All these earlier comments are true! Except for major site-seeing the beach, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Try the Outrigger Reef and dine overlooking the beach, FANTASTIC. The pool is adequate for the size of the resort and was never over-crowded...after all I think you come for the beach. The fitness room was adequately appointed with weights and machines to fit most peoples need. Activities were offered everyday if you wanted to fill your time and were wonderful. Some of the earlier comments refer to noise on the street, this is true but it is not continuous and you do get used to it, after all this resort is in the hub of the city and like New York has noise. Food markets are within 2-miles (we drove) but an ABC store is just outside the Wyndham entrance for deli items, snacks, pharmacy items, beverages both alchol and non. Parking is problem were ever you go and you will be paying. If you need a car I suggest parking at the self-park lot 2-blocks away. Other than a daily rate the best rate is $160.00 per month ($16.00 per day) with unlimited in and out. Get your badge accross from the Hale Koa Hotel, North on Kalia St, at the covered parking garage. We have stayed in other VRBO and RCI resorts accross the US and Caribbean. This is a fantastic location and very good resort and condo. Mahalo Laurie for your time and efforts.

My family and I ended our Hawaii vacation in Waikiki after four days at Poipu . The Wyndham staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The two bedroom condo was exceptionally clean, well appointed, had a full kitchen and laundry. The six of us were very comfortable there. Cannot beat the location in Waikiki - close to everything, next to Ft DeRussy (ret. military) where we parked for $7 /day, and had access to all the Hale Koa facilities. Highly recommend it!

My 3 frends and I stayed at the Wyndham for 10 days and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Although we do not cook we enjoyed having the full kitchen and refrigerator for storing drinks and nibbles. The Waikiki area has so many great restaurants close by - Giovanni's, Yardhouse, Roy's, Sushi2Go just to name a few that we tried as well as lunch at Hauikualani (great lunch - expensive but good and the view is worth it all). The staff at the resort were very helpful and the parking garage location very convenient (we rented a car for 4 days). The parking garage staff were very nice to deal with and very punctual in getting the car). Laurie was very helpful in getting us situated in a great condo and we are looking forward to another trip in 2013. We will definitely try to stay here as it is the perfect location in Waikiki to walk and even to catch the bus to Ala Moana. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a Oahu vacation.

Manager response: When one of my guests has a fabulous vacation, I have done my job. Aloha.
A great time at Wyndam
A great time at Wyndam
Four of my friends and I stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom condo for a week in March 2011 and we all had a wonderful time. Laurie was extremely helpful with our booking and she answered all of our questions very quickly. The Wyndam is in the perfect location right in the heart of the newly developed area and was close to absolutely everything. We walked everywhere in Waikiki and rented a car for a couple of days to tour the island. The Alamo rental place on Ala Moana boulivard even came to pick us up and dropped us off. We used the kitchen to cook lobster tails (10 lobster tails for $20!! at one of the farmer's market) and has a wonderful meal for very little cost. Having the kitchen was a great bonus. We originally were given a ground floor room next to the lobby, but after the first night, we asked if we could move to a room on a higher level. The front desk staff (Charles) was extremely helpful and we were able to move to the 4th floor for the rest of the week. Would I go back to the Wyndam for a future trip - most definitely!!

Manager response: It is my goal to provide travelers and families with fantastic experience, and much more for their money than a hotel stay can provide. My greatest happiness is when someone tells me I have accomplished this goal.
Our family stayed at the Wyndham Beach Walk in Waikiki in January. Accomodations were arranged through Laurie Hanan who can be contacted at "somewhereinparadise.biz". She was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. There were 7 in our party (all adults) and we stayed in a spacious, 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit that had plenty of space for all of us. We recommend the Wyndham for anyone looking for a condo unit near to all amenities. The Wyndham is conveniently located a short block from the beach, just off Kalakaua Avenue, with lots of good restaurants, shopping and night spots to hang out at right outside your door. This is a timeshare, but staff were courteous and at no time were we pressured in any way to tour the facility or otherwise subjected to a sales pitch. An excursions desk is located in the lobby and we booked tours to Pearl Harbour, Hanauma Bay, as well as a car rental, at very competitive prices. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Waikiki.

We stayed here the 3rd week of June. The condo was very nice. We loved having a kitchen and family room. It was perfect for a family with 4 kids like us. Great location, close to all of the shopping and restaurants and very easy to get to the beach. Only drawback, the pool was VERY small.

Manager response: I am not sure of the exact dimensions of the pool, but I have booked hundreds of guests at this resort and this is the only complaint I've ever gotten about the size of the pool. I've stayed there with my family a total of 5 times and my kids love the pool and find the size more than adequate.
Thanks Laurie for a flawless and wonderful time at the Wyndham Waikiki. Emails were replied to promptly, no problems with check-in or stay, and Laurie was very accommodating on a weekend instead of a week long stay. The 2bdr deluxe upper floor unit was big enough even for 8 adults. Stayed at multiple Waikiki Properties in the past, Hyatt, Hilton, and Moana Surfrider to name a few, and the pluses of having a kitchen and living room far outweighed the pool and spa services offered at other hotels. All of Waikiki is within walking distance and the onsite parking, while a bit expensive, was fast and convenient.

Although booking a unit from so far away in Australia, we can reaffirm what an excellent place to stay. The beach is close, Lewers Street bopping, including The Yard Bar and the unit was totally comfortable for our adult family of 6.Cheers

I've stayed in just about every hotel in Waikiki over the last 25 years. This summer we took a family vacation from July 20th July 30th and stayed at the Wyndham. It was the best experience I've had in Waikiki by far. Great location, great facility, great everything. If you're planning a family vacation to Waikiki don't stay anywhere but the Wyndham. Make reservations through Laurie and you'll be even happier. She was able to keep us in the same unit for 10 days straight which is unusual for a timeshare facility. She made sure everything was coordinated in advance and delivered as promised. I'll be planning all my future business trips to Waikiki through Laurie.

We booked the Wyndham Waikiki with Laurie for our June holiday. Laurie was amazing, answered all my questions by email and phone. We absolutely adored our stay at the Wyndham Waikiki. We are already planning our next trip there. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in such an amazing place! Ladena, Neil and Cyan
