Have the best of both worlds with your own private beach on the Lagoon in the back yard or walk mere steps across the street to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The front decks offer unobstructed views of the Gulf and the rear deck overlooks the Lagoon. There is a water view from every room in the house.
The lagoon is perfect for small boats, kayaking and jet skiing. There is plenty of parking and even a boat launch (however I recommend a 4-wheel drive for the boat launch) You will also enjoy fishing and crabbing. This 2700 square foot home has two complete kitchens, making it perfect for two families traveling together.
