Unlike many of the units at Splash equipped strictly as rentals – we have furnished our two (2) bedroom and (2)bathroom condo in the manner in which we would enjoy a luxury getaway. And as such, it features high-end furnishings throughout – not the rental packages found in most units at Splash - allowing comfortable accommodations for seven (7) people in the beds provided. Located in the West tower on the 14th Floor - we're near the west end of the building and away from elevator and pedestrian traffic.

The sofa queen pull-out is made by Henredon; the entertainment units in both the Great Room and Master Bedroom are top-line Broyhill. The contrasting chair in the Great Room is Heritage House. The coffee table features a rattan design with glass top and four (4) chair-height, pull-out stools that store under the glass top - and can also be used for extra seating at the Kitchen table - where eight(8)can sit comfortably. Features include original and limited edition, numbered artwork on the walls, and top-line decorator fans on the ceilings.
The Master Bedroom features the "Vero" bedroom collection from Braxton-Culler (with TV/DVD/VCR in the armoire)– giving it a very tropical mood – especially with the nine (9)foot high, ceiling-to-floor, wall-length sliding glass door, open to the smell, view and the sound of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Second Bedroom features a twin bunk-bead set with a pull-out twin trundle, bookcases, dresser and desk (with Flat Screen LCD TV/DVD/VCR)- made by Stanley (in the USA) - all with solid wood construction. Deluxe two-inch wood blinds with lockout feature for light and privacy are on the window.
Our kitchen table is very roomy, with solid wood construction and a glass top over the wood top for easy clean-up. The table is supplied with six (6) matching chairs – although it can easily seat eight (8). The Kitchen features Granite counters with cherry-finished cabinets and is equipped with beautiful place settings for ten (10), complete top line utensils, coffee maker, electric appliances, cookware, bake-ware and storage ware.
In addition to a kitchen equipped with all that you would expect in your own home, we also have many “extras” - including cappuccino maker, electric juicer, electric tea kettle, Panini maker/Grill, and more.
Both bathrooms include granite counters, combination bathtub/showers (oversize marble in the Master Bath) featuring special "hotel" curved shower rods - providing tons of extra room in the tub/showers. Color-coordinated towels, art work and other decorative accessories provide the finishing touches!
The Laundry features full size, XL capacity, High-efficiency, front-load Washer and Dryer, as opposed to the compact, all-in-one stacked washer/dryer combination units found in most units at Splash.
The Balcony stretches outside the length of the condo with sliding door access from both the Great Room and Master Bedroom, and features two (2) patio tables (each table with seating for four) and eight (8) patio chairs. The view is incredible – and is matched by all of the amenities offered at Splash.
Front door lock features a push-button combination lock where you can program your own unique "access" code for your exclusive use during your stay - eliminating the need for a physical key or magnetic card! We can easily accommodate last-minute renters by assigning key access codes over the internet.

Why the Owner Chose Splash
There really is NO OTHER PLACE like Splash. Its location, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, coupled with resort amenities and a beautifully decorated, well laid out floor plan - made it the perfect place for both us and our three kids. There is no need or reason to leave the resort grounds, but at the same time, there is so much to do both nearby and within a short drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can enjoy the beach and a myriad of activities just steps away from our condo, or venture out to the nearby state park to snorkel in a protected harbor, rent a pontoon boat and snorkel with live dolphins in the bay, venture out for a sail on a replica Pirate Ship (complete with its Pirate Crew), or just wander through the new Pier Park with all of its restaurants, stores and activities. If you want to venture farther west, Sandestin is but 30 minutes away, and Destin a short distance farther.
If you want to "eat in", there are several large grocery stores and fresh fish markets nearby, where you can readily stock up and cook in with our fully-equipped kitchen. For desert, there is a wonderful NY-style Italian bakery within walking distance. And if you want to "eat out", the choices are almost limitless!

My wife grew up in Sydney, Australia, and I in Ohio - where we now live. We met in Hawaii, and have literally traveled the world and visited some of the finest waters and most beautiful beaches - from Australia, Asia, Europe, Mexico and the Middle East. We've been to beaches in Italy, Greece, the Maldives, and much of the Caribbean - as well as domestic beaches along the Atlantic and Pacific, and throughout the Gulf of Mexico. In all of our travels, we still think Panama City Beach is one of the most beautiful, easy to get to and affordable beaches anywhere. We wanted an affordable place that we could take our kids - where they could experience the beauty and activities we sought in all of our travels. You can imagine our joy when we first learned of SPLASH - a luxury development built by one of the premier builders and developers on the Gulf Coast. And so it went that we purchased our first and only family holiday condo in 2007. Living a thousand miles away in Ohio, we can’t get to Splash as often as we would like – hence our decision to share our bit of paradise with others.
Unlike many of the units at Splash equipped strictly as rentals – we personally own and use our condo, and to this end, we we have furnished our two (2) bedroom and (2) bathroom condo in the manner in which we would enjoy a luxury getaway. Our condo is set up so that it has all of the amenities that we have in our own home, and that you would expect to find in the best equipped, luxury home anywhere. And as such, our condo features high-end furnishings throughout – not the rental packages found in most units at Splash - allowing comfortable accommodations for seven (7) people in the beds provided.

If we could have a great time during a Tropical storm than anyone can. John was very helpful and detailed on all the ins and outs about your stay. My wife and 2 boys ages 7 and 9 enjoyed the beaches, big waves, and the oyster bars..The condo is very roomy and close to some great restaurants and shopping. Can wait to visit again on a clear sunny weekend. Overall a great place to vacation and enjoy some great family time.

We loved Splash. It was just as described. Perfect view and location on the beach! Very family friendly resort. John was very helpful in preparing us for our vactation and answering questions. He sent us a lot of information about the resort and the area. I would recommend this property to anyone and would certainly stay here again the next time we go to Panama City.

This was my family's first time to Panama City Beach and we had an excellent time. The condo was immaculate and the decor fit the setting perfectly. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed dining out every evening and Sharky's was our favorite place to eat. We also wish we'd spent more time at Shell Island after taking a Captain Anderson's boat trip. There was alot of seaweed in the water the week we were there, but we were told that wasn't normal. We enjoyed the beautiful white sand beaches and will definitely return one day.

We Had a great time @ splash. The facilities were great and the kids really enjoyed the game. I was a little disappointed with the lazy river and the mini water partk. It was really geared more to the little ones, where we have teenage boys. That being said, it wouldn't keep us from returning to slpash. Our owner gave us great information about shopping, food, entertainment........a great help. We would get the book down and take off. All in all, a great vacation experience and would highly recommend it.

Just got back from a week in this condo, and the condo is absolutely beautiful with a great view!! The previous reviews and owner's description are accurate. One piece of advice pertaining to Splash itself-- I recommend arriving a few hours after check-in time and leaving a few hours prior to check-out, as we arrived on Saturday right at check-in and had to wait for a cart and for an elevator. With this condo, you can avoid actually having to check in, which is great, but it still took us almost an hour to get from the car to the condo, and with 2 young children that was NOT fun. We left a few hours before actual check-out time the following week and had much better luck. Overall a good experience, and the owner is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions you may have.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

The condo we stayed in at Splash was wonderful! Every morning we sat out on the balcony to hear the sound of the ocean and read our daily devotional. The owner was great to work with. He always answered all of my questions I had and was honest about everything regarding the condo, etc. The condo was well equipped other than we couldn't get the can opener to work and we couldn't find a pizza pan. I would like to recommend Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, their food was excellent. We also drove a little ways--almost to Destin to eat at Fudpucker's. The kids loved seeing the live alligators there and getting their picture taken with one. We also really enjoyed Gulf World. The shows there were great. I would recommend this condo and Panama City Beach to anyone!

Our stay at the condo was amazing! The condo was clean and very well decorated! We really felt at home! Everything was there that we needed, and John was very friendly and helpful! All the information in the binder was usefull too! We loved going to pier park and the resturants too! Margariettaville was great, but go early to avoid a long wait! I really miss the beautiful view that I woke up to everyday as i sit here in the cold weather of Chicago!!!! One of the reasons we will definitely come back! I've already told John that we will be back! Thre is too much to list as far as all the things there is to do, espically with children. The three pools and the spray park are just the beginning! Not to mention the waterpark and the arcade with a bowling alley!!! The entire trip we never heard, " We are board!" Our kids were content and happy the entire time! That made it extra nice for us as parents! So, book quickly because the dates are going to fill up fast!

John, thank you for a great week at Splash! From the moment we walked over the skyway, we all had a wonderful time. We were so impressed Splash's facilities. The pools, lazy river, Splash pad, and the arcade were all a hit with the kids. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the watching the dolphins from the balcony every morning was one of our favorite things to do. I really appreciate all the special touches in the condo, like all the kitchen equipment, the laundry baskets, games, and cds. We all enjoyed the pools and especially the beach. Thanks too for all the information you sent us. We went a couple of the restaurants you suggested, and took a trip to St. Andrews park, which was amazing! We loved Shell Island. We even checked out Popcorn Kingdom at Pier Park(that was a big hit with the kids). It was a great week and a nice escape from Canadian winter. Our son said he loved Splash so much, he was going to build a lego model of it (that is high praise). The only bad thing was having to leave. We will be back!!

Had a wonderful time at Splash, NOBODY wanted to leave. The condo was extremely comfortable, with the finest furnishings and amazing view. Had to drag my 3 little ones, screaming, mind you) all the way to the car on Saturday morning. Loved the all inclusive extras (no need to spend extra cash). Was the most relaxing vacation we've had in years. Splash was more than we ever imagined. We've been vacationing in PCB off & on for the past 8 yrs & John was by far the most accommodating owner we've ever rented from. Loved the free Christian concert on the beach across from the Pier (hated we couldn't stay on Sunday for Michael W. Smith & Amy Grant), but Point of Grace was amazing!!!! Will definately recommend this property & owner to all my family & friends! Thanks John for trusting my family with your "home away from home"!!!! Hope to see you again next year! Cleveland, Ohio
