Located directly on the Beach on the west end of Panama City Beach - away from all of the people, crowds and skyline of condos - yet close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Just minutes from the brand new Pier Park entertainment, restaurant and shopping complex, and less than 25 minutes from the Destin Outlets. Overlooking one of Florida's 'Top 10 Beaches' (according to The Travel Channel), there is no other place like Splash. 'Florida Travel & Lifestyles' ranks SPLASH in the 'top 15 new beach resorts' and 'top 15 luxury family vacation spots' as well as featured in several magazines including 'Southern Living'.
Unlike many of the units at Splash equipped strictly as rentals – we have furnished our two (2) bedroom and (2) bath condo in the manner in which we would enjoy a luxury getaway. And as such, it features high-end furnishings throughout – not the rental packages found in most units at Splash - allowing comfortable accommodations for seven (7) people in the beds provided. Located in the West tower on the 14th Floor - we're near the west end of the building and away from elevator and pedestrian traffic.

The sofa queen pull-out is made by Henredon; the entertainment units in both the Great Room and Master Bedroom are top-line Broyhill. The contrasting chair in the Great Room is Heritage House. The coffee table features a rattan design with glass top and four (4) chair-height, pull-out stools that store under the glass top - and can also be used for extra seating at the Kitchen table - where eight (8) can sit comfortably. Features include original and limited edition, numbered artwork on the walls, and top-line decorator fans on the ceilings.
The Master Bedroom features the 'Vero' bedroom collection from Braxton-Culler (with TV/DVD/VCR in the armoire)– giving it a very tropical mood – especially with the nine (9) foot high, ceiling-to-floor, wall-length sliding glass door, open to the smell, view and the sound of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Second Bedroom features a twin bunk-bead set with a pull-out twin trundle, bookcases, dresser and desk (with Flat Screen LCD TV/DVD/VCR) - made by Stanley (in the USA) - all with solid wood construction. Deluxe two-inch wood blinds with lockout feature for light and privacy are on the window.
Our kitchen table is very roomy, with solid wood construction and a glass top over the wood top for easy clean-up. The table is supplied with six (6) matching chairs – although it can easily seat eight (8). The Kitchen features Granite counters with cherry-finished cabinets and is equipped with beautiful place settings for ten (10), complete top line utensils, coffee maker, electric appliances, cookware, bake-ware and storage ware.
In addition to a kitchen equipped with all that you would expect in your own home, we also have many “extras” - including cappuccino maker, electric juicer, electric tea kettle, Panini maker/Grill, and more.
Both bathrooms include granite counters, combination bathtub/showers (oversize marble in the Master Bath) featuring special 'hotel' curved shower rods - providing tons of extra room in the tub/showers. Color-coordinated towels, art work and other decorative accessories provide the finishing touches!
The Laundry features full size, XL capacity, High-efficiency, front-load Washer and Dryer, as opposed to the compact, all-in-one stacked washer/dryer combination units found in most units at Splash.
The Balcony stretches outside the length of the condo with sliding door access from both the Great Room and Master Bedroom, and features two (2) patio tables (each table with seating for four) and eight (8) patio chairs. The view is incredible – and is matched by all of the amenities offered at Splash.
Front door lock features a push-button combination lock where you can program your own unique 'access' code for your exclusive use during your stay - eliminating the need for a physical key or magnetic card! We can easily accommodate last-minute renters by assigning key access codes over the internet.

This is our second time back to this condo - the kids loved it so much the first time we have made it a return destination. The condo is wonderfully furnished and stocked, you have everything you need for an extended vacation. The view is amazing and we frequently watched turtles, dolphins and even a ray. Beach is steps away from the elevator and our toddler loved the indoor water park (although in March the water is a bit cool). Staff was great. There were a few groups of college spring breakers, but the staff took quiet hour very seriously and responded swiftly to any complaints. Location is far enough up the beach that there are very few college kids and mostly just families. There is a great market just down the street: Carousel Supermarket. Produce was great and they have an excellent wine selection. Condo owner is wonderful to work with and we can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The condo was everything we expected and more - spotless, incredible view of the ocean, conveniently located, well appointed and maintained. John could not have been more helpful in getting our arrangements finalized and providing us with helpful info that made our stay so convenient and comfortable. The restaurants he suggested (Firefly, Salt Water Grill, Boars Head, Red Brick Oven) were all great - especially the early bird specials!!! Pier Park is great with lots of speciality shops, but you can't leave without some chocolate and carmel corn from Kilwen's - we brought a sack home with us. We used the exercise room daily and the heated pool and great afternoon sun vantage made it possible to spend several hours at the pool almost every day. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family and hope we can return again soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Lovely condo, great location! Highly recommend for families with small children. The owner was available and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. I am usually disappointed with fitness centers when traveling, but this one had 5 nice treadmills and 4 nice ellipticals. Also had a nice free weight section along with impressive weight machines. Management was always available and courteous. They were very attentive to all the guests and constantly visible on the property.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Thanks to John, my first experience with VRBO was very smooth. The pictures were accurate and everything about the condo was excellant. It was clean and close to everything. Our family enjoyed the vacation and the kids especially enjoyed the waterpark. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. I would recommend this condo and definitely stay again. We stayed at Splash for one month during the winter of 2012. The owner did an excellent job of communicating with us before our arrival. He gave us lots of helpful information which assisted us to quickly orient to his condo and the Panama Beach area. He also responded promptly to a couple of maintenance problems we had once after we arrived. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked the view of the ocean from the balcony and spent lots of time there. It was just as beautiful advertised. If you bring children in the winter they might be a bit disappointed as the children water activities were not available the entire time we were there, and only one pool was heated. It was the smaller pool and on many occasions it was very crowded and not really conducive to swimming. On the plus side, the Splash complex is rather quiet in winter and mainly populated by senior "snowbirds". Overall, we had a nice, relaxing month long vacation right on the beach which is exactly what we were looking for. My family and I would certainly go back again any time we have the opportunity.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Perfect vacation! Me & my daughter carried her 2 & 5 yr old and my son's 7, 9 & 12 yr old plus a 12 yr old friend. Splash had so many on sight activities that I never once heard, "I'm bored", & we stayed 7 days! The pictures & description of the condo accurately depict what a great place it is! John was so easy to work with...It felt like staying in a friends home! I highly recommend Gulf World & the Pirates Criise if you have kids!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

My husband and I went with our son and daughter in law and their children. I can't even begin to say all the great things about the resort and the area of Panama City Beach. So I will begin with places to eat. Try Bishops for the buffet. Incredible! Crab legs were perfect. Pineapple willys was very good. We all bought tshirts. They were too cute to pass up. Go to Dustys for oysters. Fantastic. Kids went deep sea fishing and caught loads of red snapper and the Boatyard cooked them for us. Yuummy. Sharkys great too. Went to shell Island and it was incredible. Kids snorkled and saw lots of colorful fish. Don't miss Goofy Golf. We did both courses on 2 different nights. If you go to Splash with kids under 14 they will be entertained big time. The water park won them over. Another great thing about the water park is it is under roof. Kept the kids from getting too much sun. We did rent beach chairs and umbrella for the week and it was handy and well worth the $200.00. Soft sandy beach and blue green water was amazing. We all agreed our annual family trip to Florida will be Panama City Beach. Sorry Daytona Beach as we had been going there for the past 12 years. The unit we rented from John was perfect for any family. Kids had their own room with TV so we didn't have to watch cartoons at night! The views from the full balcony were amazing also. Beautiful sunsets. Everything you need is in that unit. Just bring yourself! Thanks again John for the best Florida vacation we have ever taken.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family has been to PCB many times and have stayed in many different condos. This condo was by far one of the best places we have stayed! The views from the balcony were just breathtaking! It was clean, well decorated, and in an excellent location! The condo has everything that you could want or need for your stay. It was extremely easy to work with John and set up our reservations. Our family had such an amazing and relaxing time. Our family has decided that this would be our "go to" condo from now on when we go to PCB!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: My wife grew up in Sydney, Australia, and I in Ohio - where we now live. We met in Hawaii, and have literally traveled the world and visited some of the finest waters and most beautiful beaches - from Australia, Asia, Europe, Mexico and the Middle East. We've been to beaches in Italy, Greece, the Maldives, and much of the Caribbean - as well as domestic beaches along the Atlantic and Pacific, and throughout the Gulf of Mexico. In all of our travels, we still think Panama City Beach is one of the most beautiful, easy to get to and affordable beaches anywhere. We wanted an affordable place that we could take our kids - where they could experience the beauty and activities we sought in all of our travels. You can imagine our joy when we first learned of SPLASH - a luxury development built by one of the premier builders and developers on the Gulf Coast. And so it went that we purchased our first and only family holiday condo in 2007. Living a thousand miles away in Ohio, we can’t get to Splash as often as we would like – hence our decision to share our bit of paradise with others. Unlike many of the units at Splash equipped strictly as rentals – we personally own and use our condo, and to this end, we we have furnished our two (2) bedroom and (2) bathroom condo in the manner in which we would enjoy a luxury getaway. Our condo is set up so that it has all of the amenities that we have in our own home, and that you would expect to find in the best equipped, luxury home anywhere. And as such, our condo features high-end furnishings throughout – not the rental packages found in most units at Splash - allowing comfortable accommodations for seven (7) people in the beds provided. Why the Owner Chose Splash:
There really is NO OTHER PLACE like Splash. Its location, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, coupled with resort amenities and a beautifully decorated, well laid out floor plan - made it the perfect place for both us and our three kids. There is no need or reason to leave the resort grounds, but at the same time, there is so much to do both nearby and within a short drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You can enjoy the beach and a myriad of activities just steps away from our condo, or venture out to the nearby state park to snorkel in a protected harbor, rent a pontoon boat and snorkel with live dolphins in the bay, venture out for a sail on a replica Pirate Ship (complete with its Pirate Crew), or just wander through the new Pier Park with all of its restaurants, stores and activities. If you want to venture farther west, Sandestin is but 30 minutes away, and Destin a short distance farther.
If you want to 'eat in', there are several large grocery stores and fresh fish markets nearby, where you can readily stock up and cook in with our fully-equipped kitchen. For desert, there is a wonderful NY-style Italian bakery within walking distance. And if you want to 'eat out', the choices are almost limitless!
