Carillon Beach Ph III vacation rentals

A lovely home AND guesthouse, both with a “feel-at-home” yet “high-end” design and function for a family with all ages. Our favorite amenities were the pool (with utmost safeguarding); perfect for our littles and the generous beach/umbrella accommodations directly on the beautiful gulf water’s edge. We’ve been visiting Carillon for 10+years and Still Waters is our newest favorite. Thank you Kim for the ease and professionalism of your rental process and your special attention to make our stay a “we want to come back” one!

We have stayed in Carillon for years- I counted up 9 different rentals- but Still Waters tops the list! So much space, beautifully updated with all the extra touches- both kitchens are well stocked with upgraded appliances, linens are high quality, and the 3rd floor game room is perfect for kids/grands! We loved having a private pool during a busy fall break. The guest house was such a nice addition- so close to the main home but offered quiet space and privacy. The location is perfect- steps away from the beach, easy stroll to community amenities. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Carillon Beach is a beautiful neighborhood and very family friendly. The rental office staff was helpful and responsive. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles per family too.

This is a great gated community if you’re wanting to be close to PCB, but not right in the crowds. It’s also a short drive over to Destin area as well. The Mellow Yellow did not disappoint! The beach front pool is just a few minute walk from the house, and the pool access is even closer. My favorite parts of the house were all the private balconies and the back yard area. We will be back!

Carillon is such a special place to start and this beach house did not disappoint. We were multiple families coming together and the house suited us perfectly. The pictures as always can never do the beach justice, but they depicted the house accurately. Each room is very spacious! Chris was great and very responsive. We will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to book the property again!

The property was amazing! Very close to the beach and the pool / hot tub was perfect when the kids wanted to leave the beach. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for the amazing experience!

The location is perfect and the house was perfect size for our family. Will stay here again!
