Beautiful ocean view from privately held condo located at 313 RT. This non-smoking third floor condominium is lovely and offers a comfortable getaway. The unit contains a master bedroom with queen bed, a guest bedroom with two twins, and a full size pull out sleeper sofa.
Located in the Myrtle Beach Resort and nestled on thirty-three wooded acres along the crystal blue Atlantic, this self-contained paradise is located just six miles south of Broadway at the Beach. A multitude of shopping malls, amusement parks, golf courses, family activities, and restaurants are within minutes of the condo. The resort offers six swimming pools (two indoor), lazy river and children's pool, three saunas and jacuzzis, basketball, shuffleboard, and lighted tennis courts. For the children, arcade games, activities program (in season), and a fully-equipped playground is located at the resort.
With twenty-four hour security, the entire family can stroll the grounds, enjoy the sculptured lagoons, or walk along the beautiful Atlantic. Snacks and cool drinks are available at the deli, pool side snack bars (in season), and ocean front bar.

Why the Owner Chose Myrtle Beach Resort
I looked at a number of locations throughout Myrtle Beach. When I saw the Myrtle Beach Resort, and specifically the unit in Renaissance Tower, I fell immediately in love with it. The view of the beach, the size of the unit, and the layout were perfect!I bought the unit 20 minutes after looking at it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The building is on the beach, and it's roughly a 2 minute (or less) walk to the beach. Outlet shopping is about 15 minutes from the resort.
There is a pond on the resort where you can feed the ducks and swans.

I have owned the condo for 16 years. I've been coming to Myrtle Beach all of my life. No matter where I vacation, I always come back to MB. I enjoy talking with all of the guests - I've made a number of good friends along the way.
I live in Winston-Salem, NC. However, I'm originally from Marietta, Ohio
I have a dual Masters in Project Management and an MBA. My last employer was The Lowe's Corporation - the big box supply store. I was a Senior Consultant in Process Engineering for the IT department. I've been in IT all of my life, except for a short stent with a robotics firm.

We have just completed our third visit to Melanie's comfy condo in Myrtle Beach Resort. First of all, Melanie is wonderful to work with---she goes the extra mile to be accommodating and thoughtful. The new living room furniture is very nice and the condo is very well equipped and convenient---just a few steps from the beach. The view from the condo is super and the resort has lots of activities and the best beach in South Carolina! Water temp in summer is 83-85 degrees. Shopping is close by and we found several great places to eat not far from the resort. We are already booked for next summer and are looking forward to our fourth visit in this condo. Thanks for everything, Melanie. You're the best!

We just completed our second vacation in this condo. The owner is wonderful to work with and the condo is roomy, well equipped and comfortable. The view is lovely and the condo is right on the beach. Location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. and Myrtle Beach Resort is a very nice place to stay. We are already looking forward to third our visit next summer.
