This beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA Beach House is only one street from the beach and in an ideal location to all Ocean Lakes amenities! About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. It was a beautiful home with amazing location to the beach! Had loads of room for my family and i for our family trip! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything by we needed. The host were very good at responding to questions and helping us out with anything! The grounds themselves were perfect for all ages, from games and amenities to watching all the golf cart parades, it was perfect.

Beach Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. Ocean Lakes has a great community vibe. The location of this property is on a quiet street but very close to the beach. Lots of amenities available within the resort. The place is well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked…you could cook about anything in the kitchen. Linens were good quality…not rental type. Plenty of furniture on the balconies for gatherings. I would recommend this property to anyone!Had one issue with the outside grill, but should be an easy fix. Very satisfied with the rental!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property really checked all the boxes for our group! The beds were comfortable, each queen room had a ceiling fan and TV and the quad bunk room was perfect for our kids! The property was very clean and it was stocked with the essentials, including sheets! The location was great too, right by the park and beach. Overall a wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay here again!

Great Location and Communication!

Property owner was very quick on responses and kept us up to date on anything and everything. Amazing location we could walk to the parks and beach! great supply of beach toys and chairs will definitely stay here when booking large groups!

Wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and in a perfect location. We rented a golf cart but more for the kids to cruise the strip. All the previous reviews about Connie’s quick response is 100% accurate. She was fabulous, just like our stay!

Perfect for our family

We had family come for the beginning of the week and some for the end and a few for the whole week. We enjoyed fishing, playing in the ocean, sitting on the porch, cooking in the well supplied kitchen and resting and sleeping! It was the perfect location!

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located

We had a wonderful stay at Derby Shores beach house in Ocean Lakes for our vacation this year! We brought a few new friends along, and everyone had such a great time enjoying the beautiful home and the relaxing atmosphere. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group.We also had excellent communication with one of the owners during the week, which made our stay even smoother. A big thank you to the cleaning crew as well—one of our teens accidentally left their AirPods behind, and they were found and mailed back to us right away. That kind of honesty and care really means a lot!We’re already looking forward to coming back for another great vacation!
