It's perfect for a family ski vacation or summer mountain retreat!
The Springs is just 75 yards to the base of the Gondola and skiing. It sits above the stream, with views of the Mountain, gondola and Mountain express lift from the deck. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Keystone.

The Springs lodge offers an incredible and unique outdoor heated swimming pool with a water slide and a kiddie pool for the little tykes. Add to that a fitness center, an incredible full home theater room, a kids' play room, slate pool table, fitness center and steam room... and you have a place that will keep you entertained without even going to the slopes!
There are lots of things to do within a very short walk of your condo at The Springs. Get your morning fix at Starbucks or Inxtop. If you decide not to cook in your fully equipped kitchen, be sure to try out River Run's great restaurants, such as the Wolf Rock Brewing Company (formerly Great Northern Tavern), Blue River Bistro, Paesano’s or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores (Inxtop sells a smores kit including the stick) or go skating on the huge frozen lake at the Keystone Village.
The Springs is the newest building in River Run and has by far the most family-friendly amenities. It features it’s own private year-round pool with a slide that winds through the rocks and hot tubs and a zero-entry fountain area. It is also located off to the side of the River Run Village, which makes it a nice secluded, quiet spot for a family vacation.
The Springs welcomes guests into a two-story vaulted lodge with a waterfall into a stream and a beautiful sitting area. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County.
