Opulence and mountain chic best describe this beautiful five bedroom, four and a half bath home situated in the quiet expanse of the Rocky Mountains, seven miles from downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Ski Resort (10-12 minute drive). This home is ideal for those looking for luxury off the beaten path.

Walk into the spacious, bright and inviting entry with breathtaking views of Mt. Quandary through floor to ceiling windows! The living area leads out to an upper level wraparound deck that exposes nothing but sky and mountains to admire! This room also includes a large dining area that seats 8 comfortably. Off of the living area is the kitchen with built in bar and granite counters. The expanse of this room makes it ideal for entertaining large parties.

The upstairs master suite includes a sitting area and two full en suite baths. The lower level opens up to a pool table and sitting area. Just beyond is the entrance to the lower level wraparound deck with private hot tub. There are three large size rooms on the lower level. One bedroom features Twin beds and adjacent shared bathroom, the second has a Queen bed, writing desk and couch and a third bedroom has a Queen bed and walk-in closet. To maximize space, a sitting room has been converted into a bedroom with a twin/full bunk bed which sleeps three. There is also a shared full en suite bath. All this space sleeps up to 11 comfortably!

Those looking for the true Rocky Mountain experience will find this the perfect setting for their vacation: privacy, surrounded by national forest and all it's wildlife, and stunning unobstructed west views of Mt. Quandary.
