The private 2000+ square foot villa offers beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. The Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable TV/VCR/DVD in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress pads, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks, a sitting area with a balcony entrance as well as a TV/VCR/DVD. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estacia complex.
