During whale season you can see the humpbacks leaping out of the ocean from your porch. This Non-Smoking unit is walking distance to Kealia Beach and Kapaa town and is conveniently located between the north shore and Poipu making your sightseeing trips easier.
At the end of your fun-filled day relax watching cable or DVDs on a 32" t.v., taking a hot bath, or resting in the garden. Enjoy a comfortable night on a Sealy posturepedic bed with soft linens.
The unit was recently upgraded with new island furniture, bamboo flooring and oak cabinets with a granite counter top. Northeasterly tradewinds are present most days creating a pleasant breeze. Ceiling fans are locates in the living room and bedroom. All linens including the bedspread and mattress pad are cleaned between guests.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer Rate (June-July): $80/night plus taxes and cleaning fee.
Winter/Spring Rate (Dec-May): $85/night plus taxes and cleaning fee.
Off Season Rate (Aug-Nov): $75/night plus taxes and cleaning fee.
Three Night Minimum Reservation. Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee is $80.
Deposit of $200 due when reservation made. Cancellation Charge apply as described
in "Rental Terms." Rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy. Extra fee - 3rd person
Deposit holds reservation until check-in and is then converted to a security

This was the perfect for us to stay. We live in a one-bedroom condo similar to the "cottage." We had all we needed here: quiet atmosphere and private plus central location.
