Living Room with 32" T.V., cable and DVD player with various movies. - Kapaa Travel Enjoy the property's beautiful ocean view every morning as you head out to experience some of the best surfing, hiking, and sightseeing the world has to offer. During whale season you can see the humpbacks leaping out of the ocean from your porch. This Non-Smoking unit is walking distance to Kealia Beach and Kapaa town and is conveniently located between the north shore and Poipu making sightseeing more convenient. At the end of your fun-filled day relax watching cable t.v., taking a hot bath, or resting in the garden then enjoy a comfortable night on a Sealy posturepedic bed with fine linens. The unit was recently upgraded with island furniture, bamboo flooring and oak cabinets with a granite counter top. To keep the unit affordable, due to the high cost of electricity (40 cents/kW), there is no air conditioning. High Airfare Special: $60 per night plus Hawaii taxes (11.42%) & cleaning fee.
Summer & Winter Rate: $85/night plus taxes and cleaning fee.
Fall & Spring Rate: $75/night plus taxes and cleaning fee.
Three Night Minimum Reservation. Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee is $80.
Deposit of $200 due when reservation made. Cancellation Charge apply as described
in "Rental Terms." Rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy. Extra fee - 3rd person
Deposit holds reservation until check-in and is then converted to a security
