The living area has a flat-screen TV, double-bed sofa futon. Bedrooms have new queen beds and windows that invite ocean breezes. One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath.


A convenient coin-operated laundry is steps away from the unit. Free parking is in front of the unit. Guest parking is readily available. There are no resort fees.

Beach equipment includes boogie boards, some snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs.

Grocery stores and restaurants are along the walking path. High-end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts.

This unit is located just off the ocean. (100 yards). There is a small two-story resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rentals are available nearby.
Enjoy the privacy of a unit in a a four plex building with private lanais. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Resorts have public access to beach. The paved oceanfront walking path runs in front of complex.

Great place for our needs. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Kapa’a is perfectly located in the middle of the island making it convenient to get to all the sites and popular beaches.

Very comfortable and clean. Really nice location which is right near restaurants and stores as well as the paved 9 mile beach walkway. Chickens are everywhere so bring some earplugs, Haha! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Looks like the pictures. Only downside and not the owners fault is the chickens waking us up at 3am. If you are q light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Everything else was great!

The location was amazing. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet complex. Roosters are the exception. They did not bother us. A few cosmetic issues and the host Donna, offered to fix them immediately. Actually perfect for my first visit to Hawaii. I would stay there again!Rhonda

Amazing location! This is probably one of the best places to stay on the island & you’re literally just steps from the Kapaa bike bath & a 2 minute walk to a great beach!

Great location for all activities on Kauai. Steps away from great restaurants and groceries in area. If you enjoy a beach walk or bike ride it was definitely a plus being on the bike path that runs through Kapaa. Great bike rental shop at the end of the street. Clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the back porch with the ocean breeze.

We had a great time. The location is very central and we loved being able to walk to the beach for sunrise.The host was very responsive and proactively reached out to make sure we were doing well.The house was clean and comfortable to stay in and we had marked parking so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot.

Positives first - really good location, easy to get around the island from here. Quiet neighbors. Good amount of space. Quick responses from host with issues. It worked for our trip but wouldn't rebook. Problems - there are a lot of maintenance things that need taken care of. Storm door sticks badly. Handle on storm door was about to fall off, all I had to do was tighten the screws. Sliding door doors not slide. You have to tilt it in the frame and lift to move it. Living room light/fan remote is broken (host tried to replace but didn't work). The fan runs but you can't turn on the light. Bedroom 1, lights flicker as if problem with electrical. Bedroom 2, fan only runs low. It doesn't matter what speed you press. Water heater started leaking (again host took care of quickly). There was only 1 kitchen towel. You can't get a good breeze through the place which you definitely need since there's no A/C. Night time was warm and uncomfortable, even with fans blowing right on you. You have to leave the windows open so the roosters wake you at 5:30. There are lots of simple things that need done like touch up painting, adjusting wheels in barn door so it rolls smoothly, cleaning base boards, opening futon to make sure it's clean inside, toilet paper holder in ensuite needs reinstalled, toilet paper holder in main needs tightened, multiple silverware were dirty in the drawer, there's a chicken living on the balcony (with her 3 eggs). Overpriced for what we got.

The location is awesome, just a few minute walk to the beach and located next to a grocery store! Great location if you want to check out the North and South shores because it is right in the middle of everything! Close to Lydgate Beach which was my daughter’s favorite beach! Would highly recommend!
